They like to make a lot of dishes spicy but don’t like to put their ‘spicy’ symbol on the menu item. When asked they’ll explain that they ARE spicy. If you don’t ask though you’ll get food that might be spicier than you were expecting or wanting.

My husband and I just ordered two Bourbon Street Chicken dinners and had it delivered. This was hands down the worst meal we have ever had. The portions were less than what school children get at school and the quality was about the same. The food arrived cold, no napkins or utensils were included and the presentation was so bad that it was hard to look at it and still feel hungry. You might be wondering how it tasted. Think worse than week old left overs. We paid over $60 for food that ended up in the trash. Why would we not get the same portions and quality that we would get when dining in? Good question. This food was so bad, I can honestly say we will never eat at Applebees again. $60 for tiny containers of cold garbage. I don’t think I have ever written a restaurant review in my life. We are so upset about the cost and inability to eat the food that we wanted to warn others. Order at your own risk. This place is worse than bad.

Our server Leah had great customer service skills and personality. The manager Linda was awesome she really pays attention to her customers and reads the room well. She seen I was in need of something just by the look on my face! And even though we made a mistake she happily corrected it and gave us what we were intending to get. Their service brightened up our day! Thanks ladies.

We had a family gathering of 8 people. Shelly, our server, took excellent care of us. The food was delicious and the background music was soft enough that we could hear the conversations at the table. We’ll definitely come back!!

The staff is very nice, the food came out quickly and the atmosphere is fine. The problem is the food. My companion got the ribeye and he said it was good but so much was fat that by the time he was finished a lot of fat was left on the plate. I got the dipped prime rib sandwich and it was chewy. The fries came out cold and all the food had way too much garlic. This is the second time that the food was subpar.

Tonya was our server today. She was an Absolute Delight! Great suggestions, very knowledgeable over the menu! Tonya was very attentive and very personable. Our meals were quite tasty. We will definitely be back to see Tonya again!
