It was 8:30 in the evening when I went. Only 2 people inside waiting. The food was cooked to order. It’s was fresh out of the fryers and hot. The young man that took my order was very kind & polite. I wish I got his name so I could give him a proper review. But nonetheless he was so nice! This was a good Wendy’s. I would recommend to others.

One of the best Wendy’s I’ve been to recently. The workers greeted me as soon as I walked in. The smiles on their faces said season’s greetings. The manager spoke to my kids and offered us a free frosty for the short wait. I don’t do this often but this crew deserves a “Good Job”. I will definitely be back. Until next great people keep up the good work.

Notoriously slow and poor customer service. 5 years ago this was a hustling neighborhood food joint, today, it a hood atmosphere with no dining room supplies, homeless people everywhere and a general atmosphere of being dirty. The good is tossed at you like you were in a watermelon tossing competition and the bag taste better than the smashed sandwiches contained within. Frosty tags are out of date and. I replacements in the future. What gives? Store is more geared forwards order delivery services rather than the customer standing in front of them. Clerk cannot service one customer at a time so it takes longer to get even a simple cup of chili. Management needs replaced by anyone capable of harnessing the power of employees working together under the leadership of a strong manager. Much more is needed before this place is ever going to be rated above a 3 on any level.

-worst fries I’ve ever been handed…they were soft, stale and cold enough that they should have been thrown out without question. The nuggets were almost equally old and hard.
-no utensils, napkins, salt, etc in the dining room
Staff were happy to get us what we needed and were very friendly. They replaced our fries with fresh ones when we asked, glad we opted for dine in.

Wonderful experience. I would not go to any other Wendys. The facility is very clean. The employees and managers are on top of their jobs. Very professional and very pleasant. Highly recommend dine-in or drive thru if pressed for time. This is the best Wendys in town.

Bad food, bread bun was stale & hard! Nuggets were barely lukewarm. NOTHING was fresh. This location specifically charges 50 cents for honey mustard. Never encountered this before at a Wendy’s. Honey mustard should be free with nuggets. Won’t be coming back here.

Hands down this is the best Wendy’s in the area. The staff/employees are always professional and in the most welcoming mood. The food is cooked exactly as it should be, to perfection. I would not go to any other Wendy’s, for real. If you’re in the mood or craving a Dave’s Single with Cheese, or a 10 piece nuggets then I highly recommend this store. They’re awesome.

I ordered an Asiago ranch sandwich and received a chicken sandwich .. my sandwich was not fully cooked once I bit into it, it was hard to bite it and I seen a coloration of pinkness, this location is the worst and rushed my order .
