Hello, I am a dasher and today, August 12th, at almost noon, I received two orders from this store. I went to the store. Upon arrival, I approached the counter where the service was terrible from the beginning. They can see you but they ignore you and serve you when they want. The service has been terrible since I picked up at this establishment. However, today the person who served me was rude and arrogant. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her service in a polite manner and she answered in a grotesque manner. She replied that I should cancel my orders because she was not going to deliver anything to me. She only managed to give me a bag and incompletely asked for my name and I gladly gave it to her because the one who is doing her job wrong, not me. It seems to me that if you offer a service where you have to interact with people, your attitude should be different, whether with clients or coworkers. It is about arriving with the best attitude and giving your best because that is what they pay for. Given all this, I called the delivery company. which I am and I submitted the report because I had an uncomfortable moment and it affected my integrity as a person, I requested the name of the employee but they did not want to give it to me and they did not have a badge to identify them. I leave here a photo of this person so that the people in charge of the performance of this person can provide a workshop or feedback on how the customer service is, in addition to other deficiencies that the place has such as cleanliness, something so important also for a food establishment.

I tried to order the monster munchies meal and they were out of something it contained. I would want to believe that if they were promoting some special they would have all the components to create it. I ended up with two tacos, an order of stuffed jalapeños and a drink. It took over 30 minutes for the to fill my order.

This is the smallest Jack in the box I’ve ever seen. Even the sign inside says “maximum occupancy 5”!
The burger patty was dry. Also you should know that this is not the nicest neighborhood in Gilroy. We stopped here because we were looking for a quick bite to eat before going to Gilroy Gardens but wouldn’t recommend anyone else to do the same.

The ladies are friendly and professional.
The breakfast is filling. Eggs, bacon, sausage burritos are pretty decent and delicious.
The hashbrowns are golden brown and crunchy.
Food is filling.
Coffee is pretty darn good.
I like breakfast here on the run.

What the heck is wrong with these people my dad asked if they had something and she said okay up to the next window. We never asked for anything and they ignored him, maybe also because he’s colored I hate this jack in the box so bad service and communication

Unfortunately today Jack in the box made my coffee terrible. It tastes like watered down beans. And they did not fill it up to the top. My husband paid almost $4 for a small coffee that wasn’t filled up.

This location does a good job with service and food. Plus it is close to my house. I tend to order more breakfast stuff at this location as I go by them before lunch time. I use their mobile app usually for the breakfast jack mobile app special two for $3. It’s a great deal.

Been coming to this location since I moved here many years ago. Today will be the last time I go to this location. An order was messed up and when I asked to correct the order. They got upset and never fixed it just handed me my food. I assumed the issue had been resolved but when seeing my order it wasn’t. I know what it’s like to work in fast food. I know it can be hard and annoying at times I get it. But the way that they choose to handle the situation was just disappointing. So I came home with a messed up order so that was fun

Was in drive-thru . Food was hot and order is correct way more often than McDonalds. ! Love the teriyaki bowl and chicken salad. Which by the way McDonalds has NO salads.!
