I’m only giving two stars because the girl who helped us was rude. I’ve been going to Paleta Bar for years and always have good experiences but this girl didn’t have good customer service and seemed like we were an inconvenience. I had my daughters sit down to eat their paletas, and my four year old dropped hers on the ground and I asked if it could be remade and I was charged again for another one, and when I asked if it could be remade, again it seemed like an inconvenience for the girl who took our order.

The girls who worked there tonight were absolutely amazing. They greeted us right away and did so with any one who walked in. They did NOT skimp on the Dubai chocolate strawberries. It was delicious and worth the money. They layered it perfectly that every bite had the perfect amount. Highly recommend this location!!

We arrived at Paleta Bar at 7:20 pm and had a very disappointing experience. The chairs were placed on the tables, there was no fruit available, and the service from the two girls working there was terrible. We were seated outside, and while we were still eating, they closed the door right in front of us. We ended up leaving at 7:30 pm, even though the place is supposed to close at 9:00 pm. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still open with this kind of service. Customer treatment was unacceptable

This Paleta Bar location is my family & I’s favorite spot when we want a sweet treat! Especially because we enjoy the piñon topping (a topping that not all locations have). Kee helped us tonight and he accidentally got my fruit cup order wrong. When I mentioned it he apologized and without hesitation he took it back and fixed my order. He was very friendly & had a great sense of humor when helping us. Thank you Kee!

We go here at least once a week and all 7 of us love this place. Today we went for Paletas and Agua Frescas, Ingrid helped us and not only was she friendly and efficient she was also very quick and had amazing customer service. Everyone who works here is friendly. This is my favorite paleta bar, always delicious, and my partner and I go out of our way to get the blueberry limeade, I wish it was always available cause we get it by the jug.
Cecilia was a wonderful help, she remembered I love taro milkshakes and is always friendly and does a great job.
My current favorite is fresas con crema, absolutely delicious, I think about it all week.

Loved all the options for flavors of paletas. Why I dropped my rating to 3 stars is simply for 2 reasons. 1. Myself and one other person in my group got the mango paleta and we’re extremely disappointed in its flavor. It lacked any distinguishable mango flavor to either of us. 2. We also both got ours full dipped in chocolate and thought that it was way too thick and covered up what flavor in the paleta was there. Otherwise the experience was fantastic!!
