I have been into this location before when Mia and Liberty were working. Both are friendly, professional and helpful. Even when the store is busy, the lobby is clean. Their rapport with each other, plus family friendly music make this location relaxing! We enjoyed the sauce Liberty suggested on our sandwich!

I purchased a 12″ sandwich for my current ex-girlfriend/close friend. The service was exceptional. The atmosphere was exceptional, zero waiting. There are bathrooms there. It was very alluring and comfortable. I believed that anybody could have a meeting place for any occasion.

i love subway, this location wasn’t the case. i went through the drive thru and the lady there was super slow, she asked us what kind of bread we wanted and she asked us almost 3 times. we just cancelled but she needs to be trained more! she had a super soft voice and sounded really young.

Avoid this store like the plague. The staff is 100% the problem. I ordered a foot long B.L.T. and the rep put 4 pieces of bacon for the hole sandwich. When ask about that she said she knows what she is doing and started arguing with me. Another time i stopped in to get a chicken bacon ranch. But using the pre-cut chicken not the cat food tasting shredded chicken and was told they can’t make substitutions. Not that it would cost extra not that it would count as a different sandwich. “Make it What You Want” and “Eat Fresh. Feel Good” indeed.

My boyfriend and I went to this location last night with the drive-thru. The employee, Isaiah was completely alone, handing many things at once, including drive thru, packing deliveries, and trying to take care of the customers in the lobby. As a shift lead, who also works in food, that is extremely unacceptable. He had to ask us if he could step away to get a “quick drink of water”. He was extremely respectful and diligent. He should be praised.

I got helped by Jared. He was such an amazing employee. He knew all the answers to my questions. He was also nicer than the employees at the Overland location. I strongly believe this young man will be able to go places. He helped me and was able to help my friend, who is nonverbal, due to an accident. Jared is such a kind, nice, and professional employee

They made our online order of sandwiches wrong (3 out of four) and when we brought it to their attention they made us go to the back of the in-store line before fixing it.
Update: It got even worse.
After we gave them the receipt to remake them they lost it.
We finally received our correct order and the server blamed us because she doesn’t know the difference between Italian bread and Italian Herbs & Cheese. The bread was dry and not the usual fluffy stuff we are used to at Subway.

Came In at 9:12 Pm The lady that helped me was really nice after N Main Kicked me out at 8:50 on the dot ! The young girl that helped me was really kind and gave me nothing but respect i will continue to return to this location y’all need-a give mia a raise ! The experience i got at this subway was amazing !
