There’s not a single positive thing I can say about this location. I immediately noticed the way my shoes were sticking to the floor due to spilled drinks and food all over the place that was left behind. There were only 2 tables that were semi “clean”. Every other table had leftover trash, food, and crumbs on it. The booths, table tops, and chairs were sticky from food, spilled sauces, and drinks. It appeared that nobody there is capable of completing simple tasks such as taking the trash out, sweeping, and wiping tables. The women’s bathroom was also dirty, smelled bad, and had paper towels/toilet paper on the floor. I’d HATE to see what the kitchen looks like after seeing how the restaurant is maintained.

Paid almost $6 for a quarter pounder. Got back to work and when I bit into it it was almost raw, inedible. I can’t go back with it because I am at work so not only do I not have lunch but I threw $6 out the window.

Awful experience. Where do I begin? Was ordering on the McDonald’s app… But needed to use the bathroom first. This was an hour before closing. They locked the door as soon as I left the store. Trying to place the order, the app said I couldn’t because they only serve until 945 pm (when they close at 11pm) so the app wouldn’t let me place the order. I then went to the drive through and they said. Hold on a minute. Several more minutes later, no one. I drove to the takeout window, no one could be seen in the window. What a joke. And what a waste of time. These kind of games are common on this road it seems at other similar places. Go elsewhere if hungry….

Might be the most incompetent McDonalds I’ve ever seen. Happened to me twice where I’ve waited 20 minutes for 1 meal. Ordered and paid for McFlurry to be told the machine is “broken” after the 20 minute wait. No problem with “broken”, but don’t let me pay for it. Do not go to this location it’s (somehow) horrific

The food could be more fresh. The chicken sandwiches are good. But one time I got a chicken sandwich, the bottom bun looked like someone burned tiny holes in it. It was in November.

Go to another location! First and last time here for me. I brought my nieces here after school and the atmosphere was off right away. It’s obviously a hang out for the local high school kids which is fine, but the tables and floors were filthy. They expect you to order at the kiosk even though there are employees available.

No pickles on my big max, barely any lettuce and sauce, my mocha came out as practically an iced coffee with very little flavoring. Even had to sit and watch a kid struggle to make it then ask somebody if it was made right and they lied and said yes. SMH. Went back a month later and they did even worse.

Went to McDonald’s and ordered a number 7 they up charged me to a large did not say anything when I got my fries this is what they gave me. So they are up charge and still give you a small to a medium in a large box $11.26 so not worth it
