Been coming here for years, and it’s always been amazing. But what makes El patio even more special is the kindness of all the staff! My son is non verbal autistic and this is his favorite place. Great experience at El Patio. This was my first time visiting, and I was pleasantly surprised. The speed of service was unbeatable, and the waiters were attentive. The complimentary chips and salsa were fantastic. Our entrees came out quickly, and were a generous portion size. I will definitely be coming back to try more menu items!

Came here for the first time just a bit ago. First off, we showed up at 9:30, they close at 10 and they still encouraged us to dine in. The staff were super nice and awesome. The dish I had was different from what I’m used to. What I do need to point out, is that my guys liked their tacos and it’s so so rare that rice is cooked well. Their rice was really good. I feel one thing that would have made my combination platter way better, is if they hadn’t drowned my tamale, enchilada and burrito in their sauce. Everything was super mushy soggy as a result. I think if I’d gotten minimal sauce or no sauce, and instead put some salsa that came with the nacho chips on it, I would have liked it way more. I’ve never had a tamale like what they served, with ground beef and beans on top. Without the greasy bland sauce I think it would have been amazing. Maybe just consider drizzling like the amount of two table spoons of sauce on a plate instead of drowning.

Best Mexican restaurant in the Waterford area in my personal opinion. I don’t know if there is any place that has quicker service. They are on top of things and the food is always hot and delicious. You do get chips and salsa with every meal so that’s a plus.

Hard to believe I’ve been coming to El Patio for 10+ years now! The Mexican food served here will change your life. Some of my favorite dishes include the Enchiladas Verdes, Shrimp Quesadilla Fajita, and the Camarones a La Diabla. However… Once you have the Burrito Tapatio w/ chicken, there’s no going back! It is, in my humble opinion, the best thing on the menu. You’ll find the service absolutely outstanding too; it is the best I’ve ever witnessed in the restaurant industry. These men take a lot of pride in their food, culture, and work ethic! I will continue supporting this business for years to come.
