Hungry Howie’s is one of my favorite chain pizza restaurants. The quality of ingredients is above average, and the flavored crusts are the best I’ve experienced. Speed is not a strong suit of this store, but the pizzas are tasty.

Very dirty with flies flying around. Dark, half the lights off. Food containers uncovered with flies flying in the air. Cooks have no hat or hairnet and look sloppy.

Ordered a medium pizza at 5:53. Said it would be an hour. Ok. 7:12 called to check, just getting picked up. This is why I stopped Jets delivery. Called after 1 1/2 hours to cancel.They argued with me saying when I placed the order it would 90 minutes.

Pizza is what you would expect. Service is terrible, deliveries have taken 1.5 hours plus on multiple occasions or been marked delivered and then shows up later. Zero effort from managers to make it right when you call. They don’t care about the customer at this location. Other pizzerias in the area do much better.

I don’t know what happened to this place, but it has become horrible. I have not had a single fully correct, satisfactory order in MONTHS. FOUR ENTIRE MONTHS. MAYBE EVEN FIVE!! I’m a regular here and I’m beyond disgusted and disappointed at the lack of care for the orders. I don’t know whoever you hired in the past months that’s doing this, but fire them. You have forgotten my feta cheese for maybe 6 entire orders back to back now. This recent order is what broke the final straw. You gave me a pizza with the thinnest and most pathetic amount of mozzarella I have ever seen in my life. This isn’t a pizza. It’s thin cut bread (I did NOT order thin crust) with cheese dusted on top. And none of my requested toppings or flavored crusts were present. Who do you have working there? Drunk teens? Get more devoted workers, or you’re losing a loyal, years long customer.
