Female Manager in pink shirt, bagging for dt at 8:15am, yelling at the presenter. I eat at this store 5 days a week and the presenter is 1 of the best in service. She wasn’t helping with drinks, just bagging food and yelling. She needs to be fixed before a customer or family member fixes her! That’s not a threat! Nobody is happy in that environment

So many homeless people hanging out in the restaurant they wont put your food up fpr you to grab it after I already payed. I am hard of hearing and need to be able to see my food not hear an order being yelled. Staff was rude with ME just for expecting the food I payed for…. i waited 15 mins for a coffee bc and had to ask where it was. Someone people dont have good hearing or could be in the bathroom , went to their car, etc. Wake up and do better

In line at the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. Only the young lady taking my order had any personality. The rest of the crew were too busy chatting and joking amongst themselves. The worst part was the food. Cold and burnt! See the attached photos. This store needs new management and staff.

This place gets nasty every time I come here. Morning shift always have an attitude. What happened to coming to your job making the customers happy and wanting to come back? They surely failed at doing that because I will not be coming back here anymore. The food is terrible and not cooked well they need to go ahead and shut this McDonald’s down because it’s gotten ridiculous. If you want McDonald’s I recommend central avenue they actually have it together unlike this one.

By far the worst experience! I had a mobile order placed and I went to pick it up and watched one of the employees not wearing gloves. He was touching chicken and buns and burgers with bare hands. I asked for a refund because of this and the manager became irate and yelled at me. She asked me if I wanted to come in the kitchen and see if they wore gloves. I proceeded to leave and call the store but no one answered. I called headquarters to complain because this is a health violation. I don’t understand her attitude and I will not eat food not properly handled. Very sad that they had a new employ there tonight as well.

I will never go to this McDonald’s every again. I went into this one tonight and spent $52 on food. I waited almost half an hour for my food. I eventually got my food but got told by one of their rude employees that the manager of this store told them not to make my food. didn’t explain why. very unprofessional and don’t know how to communicate.

This is by far the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Don’t even bother placing a mobile order because apparently they don’t “exist.” The amount of time you spend waiting is absolutely insane. The employees are rude and don’t seem to care. The food is ice cold by the time you receive it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location… it’s a complete mess.
