We took the classic steakhouse and gave it a Colorado twist. From our log cabin inspired décor, to our selection of over 50 Colorado whiskies and flannel-clad staff, we strive to provide the highest quality product in a casual and enjoyable atmosphere so you can get the fancy steakhouse quality without the white table cloths, tuxedoed waiters and intimidating wine list… Not that there is anything wrong with that, it’s just not us. Our phones don’t ring, and we don’t offer to-gos. We know that sounds weird, but we have a reason! We’re a front facing company and our goal is to provide our dine-in guests with the best possible experience while they are here in the building with us

I was greeted by the hostess with a “how can I help you” ♀️ our waiter was very nice The atmosphere was nice but for the price of the food, there should not be dust bunnies on the ledge. Are steaks were “ok” not very tender for the price. The sides were yummy and the beer was great. Although we will not be back, it was not an awful experience because the atmosphere is friendly. Just not top quality for the price of each meal.

Really enjoyed this place. Bar staff was friendly and helpful. Our waiter was amazing with our (not-so-easy) party of 8. We had appetizers, drinks, full meals and desserts and the service was incredible. There were at least 4 different people bringing us food and drinks and clearing plates. The music was great (80s), but not incredibly loud. The atmosphere was upscale but cozy, and the food was absolutely delicious.

Had lunch with a few friends and we all left very happy. I had the steak wedge salad and a cup of French onion soup. Both were delicious. I also really enjoyed their Old Fashioned. It was made so perfectly that I had to have a second one!
Service was great! The staff seemed to work really well as a team. Our Server Shawn, (I think that’s his name) was friendly and helpful.
Overall, it was a fantastic lunch at a beautiful restaurant with a really great vibe. I’ll definitely be back!

Went to Whisky Still Steak tonight for my wife’s birthday dinner. She had the filet with mushroom topping and vegetables, I had the Ribeye with garlic butter sauce with beer batter fries. . The food was absolutely premium!! Flavor and beef texture was truly outstanding. . Our server, ‘Stover’ could not have been more congenial and attentive. . The dessert Crème Brulet’ was perfect. . We are lucky to have this dinning place in our city. . Obviously we highly recommend and we will be back.

My husband and I decided to try The Still Whiskey for the first time last night for Valentine’s Day. We made reservations more than two weeks in advance and that was interesting to begin with. I picked up the phone like I normally do, as I am disabled and have some specific needs that are required for my dining experience. However, The Still Whiskey tells you right on their website that they DO NOT accept phone calls. This allows them to focus on their guests that are in their restaurant and not be distracted by a constantly ringing phone!! (LOVE THIS!!) And they do!! So, I took the link to their email and sent them a note for the issues and concerns that I had. Not to mention that they were showing no availability for Valentine’s Day and I was a little confused as I was sure I was scheduling far enough in advance to get a reservation. It wasn’t more than 15 minutes that I received an email back from the assistant manager willing to accommodate my request and make reservations for me and my husband at the time I was hoping for. Our interaction was very pleasant, professional, and even fun as she showed her sense of humor as well. I was definitely looking forward to our evening at the Still Whiskey!
So last night, when it was time to head out for our 5:30 reservation, we decided to leave extra early as the restaurant is in OLD Town and parking stinks. And it’s a good thing we did. We were actually late for our reservation because we couldn’t find a spot. And since they don’t answer the phone, calling wasn’t an option. That bothered me a bit. However, once we got there, they didn’t seem to mind at all!! They took us back after greeting us almost by name, and letting us know that they had our table ready. Since I came in in a wheelchair, they asked to remove a chair. However, I let them know I’d sit in one of their chairs and we were easily able to park our wheelchair out of the way. This is an important piece for disabled people as that is not always the case. Many restaurants don’t like you doing that. The chair gets in the way of their wait staff and they don’t want to be “liable”. They tend to make you feel very uncomfortable so this was extremely nice!! Prior to our reservations we had been contacted about having a bouquet of flowers added to the table for an extra fee, and my husband had done that. The flowers were waiting on the table and they were GORGEOUS!!! This was a nice touch!! We had just sat down when the wonderful Adam came over with water, menus and greeted us!! Talk about a server!! This man was EXCEPTIONAL!!! We wanted for NOTHING ALL NIGHT!!! I asked for a sweet drink recommendation and he was spot on!!! I loved it!! His steak recommendation was perfect as well!! He checked on us multiple times through the night and was incredibly friendly and thorough!! His section was fairly large and packed with people but I noticed none of us ever wanted for anything!! Adam is one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered and the Still Whiskey is lucky to have him!!!
We started the night with Steak Tips with white cheddar sauce and dinner rolls….they were both INCREDIBLE!!! My husband and I both had ribeye steaks and they were perfectly cooked to order!!! Unbelievably delicious!! We had the best Valentine’s Day dinner experience at the Still Whiskey and we will DEFINITELY be back!!! I HIGHLY recommend you trying this restaurant if you haven’t!! Not only is it worth the money but it’s definitely something YOU DESERVE!!!! Thank you to everyone at the Still Whiskey for making our Valentine’s Day extra special!!!

The Still continues to exceed our expectations every single time we visit. It’s easily one of the best restaurants in Fort Collins and hands down the best place for a perfectly cooked steak. Every cut we’ve tried has been incredibly flavorful, tender and cooked exactly the way we ordered it. You can tell they take real pride in the quality of their food.
The service is consistently top notch. The staff always makes us feel welcome, even when they are incredibly busy.
Their whiskey selection is great, with a broad range of options for every taste and the cocktails are always crafted beautifully. We’ve never had a drink here that wasn’t spot on.
This has become a regular spot for us and after multiple visits, we have truly never left disappointed. The consistency is what keeps us coming back. If you’re looking for great food, great drinks and exceptional service, The Still is the place. Highly recommend!
