Sandwiches are always dry. I’m fed up this time. We ordered 2 vegan beefs and asked the person taking the order to pour the juice from the package onto the sandwich. Needless to say, they did not and we ended up with 2 dry Sandwiches once again. I was going to take them back but my guy convinced me not to. When a customer orders their food a certain way PLEASEEEE LISTEN. WE ARE SPENDING OUR MONEY AND TIME TO TRAVEL TO GET FOOD. The manager in Indiana confirmed the sandwich is not supposed to be bone dry! We’re highly dissatisfied with the service. PLEASE DO BETTER!! Oh and I know this may not get acknowledged by upper management since the review is not in favor of the restaurant.

I come to this location pretty often for lunch. I must say, I never disappointed. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. It’s always very clean. The food is always amazing. I live that I can get good, quality food reasonably priced along with good customer service!

First off, let me start by saying that I’m a regular at this location and it’s clean, the food is typically fresh and the service is good. I’ll be back. But, tonight I was disappointed as I ordered a large meatball sandwich and one of the Meatballs was missing. I’m guessing it fell on the floor and they just didn’t feel like remaking it. No, I didn’t pick it off. You can tell by the undisturbed cheese that it was never there. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal, but I ordered it to split among my two god children, and that one meatball caused a couple of meltdowns. It was just lazy, next time, just remake the sandwich. Thanks!

Okay so I hate complaining I’ve never had an issue with their beef sandwiches but I ordered rigatoni and they didn’t give me my meatballs the lady did give me a credit when I called her. Or is supposed to be sending one to my phone. The fettuccine Alfredo I asked for crispy chicken on top of it and all they did is cut up their gross tenders and put it on top. For almost $30 I am very disappointed in their pasta dishes. I knew I should have just gone to like the Olive garden or noodles & company. But I just decided to give it a try definitely a waste of money I feel very disappointed right now

Every visit here is a great one! The staff are super friendly and make you feel at home which makes a difference. The food is always on point—hot, fresh, and tasty every time. If you’re looking for quick and satisfying fast food, this definitely hits the spot. Highly recommend!

Unless you are a Hispanic female they will not even consider you for a job. I came for an interview and had experience and saw a former coworker from another job and told her I was interviewing. She said ‘ ill put in a good word for you but the gm only hires her own’ she said pointing her head towards the stone faced gm with the short curly hair. And I noticed almost every employee is a Hispanic female. There is no diversity there at all. The man interviewing me is not from her store he just passes along information. He said my past experience looked good and he said he would recommend me for a job. I was like ‘ that’s sweet but im not new to the restaurant industry I know shes not going to hire me cause I am not one of ‘ her own’ he had that look of ‘ oh you know how it is ‘ but said he would put in a good word for me. So unless you are a Hispanic female dont even consider applying you sadly wont get hired. This is not being a way but from working in the industry for 25 years. If all the people there look the same they want it to STAY the same .So dont waste your time.

I’ve been a loyal fan of Boona Beef’s honey mustard chicken salad for years and order it at least twice a week. Unfortunately, the chicken has recently changed—and not for the better. It’s no longer the high-quality breaded chicken they used before, but a much lower-quality option with an unpleasant taste and texture. It was bad enough that it actually made my husband sick.
This was a disappointing decision. Please bring back the original chicken—it’s what made this salad worth coming back for.

I stopped and order a few fan favs that I never tried. I didn’t want an Italian beef because it was too late to eat heavy. The stuff rice balls caught my attention and I was eager to taste those. I ordered chicken tenders and onion rings as well. The chicken tenders were fresh and crunchy. The stuff rice ball was amazing! Buano didn’t disappointed me and my late night craving! They food was so delicious!
