Visiting from New York, the Pizza House in Ephrata, did not disappoint! The crust was crispy, the sauce had great flavor, and the cheese was fresh. It’s always hard to impress a New Yorker with pizza, but this place absolutely delivered. Highly recommend if you’re in the area! Cheesesteak amazing as well.

Havnt been here in over a year a d it was definitely not the same as when they first opened. We ordered 2 medium pizzas, a medium stromboli and a cheese burger sub. The bill was 71 dollars now I dont mind spending money if the food is good but i did feel like this was a lot for what it was. But one pizza looked fresh and the other pizza looked like it was a pizza sitting around and they just warmed it up and the is exactly how it tasted and it wasnt even cut right. The cheese burger sub bun tasted burnt and the lettuce and tomatoes didnt taste fresh on it. The stromboli was dry and very uneven in the center some places had meat and others did not. We were dissapointed this time around for the price.
This was my first time here, and I am definitely looking forward to trying them again! I got a regular cheese steak, and my husband got a Philly cheese steak. I must say I definitely liked the Philly steak more than the regular! The regular was good. I think it could use more onions, and they could definitely add more steak in them, but other than that, I don’t really have anything bad to say. The cheddar cheese fries were definitely the best! The cheese was real cheddar, not cheese whiz! The lady behind the counter was very nice and she was was concored weather we liked everything!

Their food tastes good, but them getting your order correct is a miss. They have multiple times messed up our orders…. Gave pepperoni pizza instead of sausage, added jalapeños onto our Sicilian pizza when we didn’t even ask for jalapeños… (ruined our whole dinner bc our kids couldn’t eat with us!)
It’s not that hard to read correctly and get orders correct, regardless if you’re busy or not..

Call them directly and don’t order through Slice (or others).
The food is really good. Until today I had never spoken to anyone and just ordered online. The app promises faster times and it’s not their fault it’s just that it doesn’t really communicate with what’s truly happening in the store. Not to mention the app of course charges more and gives the store less money. They went above and beyond to make it right and we will definitely order again and order directly with the store.

Decent experience. Restroom, small dining area were clean. Food was hot, portions were adequate. Order was ready when quoted. One of my pet peeves is Italian/pizza spots not having house made Mozzarella… Frozen bulk mozzarella is not a close second. Cheeseburger sub was almost a pound. Lettuce, mayo & cheese all good, sliced Os tasted a little off. Also not a fan of the seeded rolls that’s on me though, I should have asked. Everyone from the order taker to the young lady was nice. Worth a try if local or in the area.

Our new go-to Italian place! Wings are jumbo and crispy. Calzone and Stromboli was stuffed and not skimpy on cheese or meats & veggies. Ingredients have always been great quality and full of flavor. I really like their pizza sauce!! Every time we call to order their staff is so friendly and delivery time has been within reason. I’m very happy The Pizza House moved in! I’ve been telling everyone to check them out.
