Ordered a cali turkey melt. Looks nothing like the menu description. (See photos) it was a mess and not even same meat as advertised and no cheese. Is that not the melt part?? Waitress said it’s only a picture ihop uses for advertisement. Should a customer not receive what they are paying for that ihop advertises??!!!!! It looks like something scraped up off the floor!!!!!

Aleshia!!! I just have to take a moment to recognize an amazing waitress at IHOP. She is truly the only server I want. If she’s not there, I’ll literally leave that’s how different the experience is.
Her customer service is top tier every single time. She already knows exactly what I’m ordering before I even say it. That level of attention and consistency is rare. I come to this location specifically for her, 2–3 times a week, and she never disappoints. She’s attentive, professional, welcoming, and makes the whole dining experience feel personal. It’s not just about the food it’s about how she makes customers feel. And she does it exceptionally well. Plenty bad days I had and just her presence made it better. It’s the simple things.
Please give this Queen her flowers/raise/promotion she deserves them.

Donecia is one of the Most professional individual I’ve ever met. I work for a prominent organization and I must say, her personality, attention to details is impeccable. What a fun place to be! We were just driving by and since we had no breakfast one morning, we decided to stop by. The parking lot was FULL and that was the first good suprise, because whenever the parking is full, the place is popular and good. Next, we sat right away (very suprising) and we’re served right away (Thank you, Janiska!) And the food did not disappoint either. Fish and chips and a biscuit sandwich to die for! Will definitely be back very soon (maybe for dinner tonight!!!)

I love this location and I love Ms. Alicia. Even though I don’t have other ones in the past. Ms. Alicia is the only one I would let wait on me. She know me and my son ordered my heart. Had a really nice late night dinner with Christina as my server and I’m beyond pleased with the service here. My friends came as a big group and although I was arriving a few minutes behind, she was quick to greet me with a smile letting me know to just sit with my friends. My food arrived just as soon as everyone else’s, she was quick to provide me and everyone else with what they needed, and she was so kind the entire time even with a party as large as ours. I never felt like a bother to her, just welcomed, and she was a noticeable part in what made my experience so great. Thanks Christina! 🙂

Everytime I come to this location or order uber eats from this location, I order the spicy poblano omelet. They continue to fail to make it properly. There’s a sauce (poblano cream) that they never put on there. Also they put a thick piece of cheese on there which is incorrect, its suppose to be shredded.
