Very spacious establishment, plenty of games. Good variety of drinks
Everyone I came across from manager, to servers, bartenders from the moment I walked in were welcoming and friendly. Lots of laughter and jokes amongst customers and employees. Overall a good time.
Bartender was always on top of everyones drink. Deffeneitly recommend for sports viewing, or just to chill and have a good time ☝️

The overwhelming choice was Gators Sport Bar & Grill….!
We had been there a number of times and definitely were never disappointed with the food or their services.
But unfortunately they missed the mark very badly in both categories and so much more.
After taking our seats it took 5 minutes just for someone to come to our table with a menu and when that did happen it took another 10 minutes to place our order.
Meanwhile our so-called server helped another custom who had entered after we were seated, even handing them lemom water and a menus while taking their order at the same time……!
When she finally did arrive at our table for some reason she displayed a hurry up and order attitude, like we we’re wasting her precious time……!
When all that my wife and daughter we’re simply doing is what other customers do and have done…..!
My wife wanted over medium eggs with the whites cooked and not runny and my daughter asked for her bacon to be extra crispy. The server acted like these request would be a problem for the cook for some strange reason.
We’ve dine at this establishment numerous times so it definitely never even crossed our minds why these 2 simple request could be so difficult.
When our food did arrive it was definitely a no go, eggs whites runny bacon undercooked and to make matters worse the pancakes were burnt……!
We got the attention of another server and she removed the dish (eggs) and to our surprise our server quickly brought the plate back to our table for our viewing…..!
Attempting this show and tell move to prove that my wife was flat out wrong, claiming that the eggs were just fine. Overemphasizing that if the eggs were cooked any more the yoke would be completely done.
WOW, she was on full blown argument mode, just to prove that she was absolutely right…..!
What happened to the customers wishes, my wife just couldn’t get more eggs if the order wasn’t to her liking..?
We we’re so overwhelmed by this woman’s unprofessionalism that we never even got around to discussing the uncooked bacon or the burnt pancakes…..!
So after this very unpleasant exchange I calmly asked for her name and manger, she quickly stormed off.
The manger (Lisa) finally came to our table and asked how she could help us…..
After giving her a full replay of the situation she calmly displayed a nonchalant attitude, giving an lazy explanation of how this person could be misunderstood because of her bluntness….!
HER BLUNTNESS, REALLY…….!
I then explained to her that I would definitely be going online to leave a honest review on our dinning experience at this well known establishment.
Her attitude quickly changed to what can we do to get a second chance, what can we do to make this situation right…!
SERIOUSLY…………!
At that point I felt like she was protecting the integrity of the restaurant and not truly dealing with the feelings of the customer……!
For our silence, we we’re offered a 50.00 dollar gift card along with a half hearted apology.
And that apology didn’t even come from the person that truly tried to derail the start to our 45th wedding anniversary…..!

Some of the better servers have left. Perhaps their positive attitude provided motivation to the others? Some of the people remaining use to do a better job but not everyone. One or two of the remaining servers have been long time slackers. Perhaps they are dragging down the morale of others? I’m always happy when I see Jordan, she is top notch. I know we will get good service.
I don’t know the owners/management but this place has been well run for many years. Both
customers and employees were happy and it was a fun good vibe. Now none of the midweek servers are as attentive or interested as in the past. This takes away from some of the pleasure of coming here. It’s become common place to see other customers get frustrated and simply go get their own coffee, silverware or whatever while staff just stands around.
On the upside the kitchen staff is still knocking it out of the park and doing a great job. The food makes this place worth coming back for breakfast.
Customer service is great.
