I placed an order via the Pizza Hut app for wings and a Supreme thin crust. The pizza does not resemble any of the advertising photos nor does it match the quality ingredients that I am used to getting on my pizzas. As evidenced by the pictures the wings just were not up to standard. I have ordered from this location a LOT and have never had any issues in the past. The wing most likely had the skin stuck to the side of the basket while cooking and unfortunately the basket kept that juicy morsel. I reached out to the Sales Manager and he confirmed that this was in fact what most likely did happen and that it should not have been served and that they wanted to make it right. We will see if they make it right.
Update:. The other day I tried to claim the wings and pizza that the sales manager had promised me would be on them this time. I normally order online but there is no way to claim my replacement order so I went to the store only to be told they don’t know anything about it. No apology, no offer to confirm with sales manager just simply that will be $50 some odd dollars. No thank you! Pizza Hut sadly has employees that make false promises. BTW I went to Papa John’s less than a mile away. Papa John’s was not only cheaper but absolutely delicious. My advice is to go to Papa John’s instead of Pizza Hut

If I could give 0 stars I would. The audacity .. I ordered a double chicken pizza. It went through.. all clear on the app. I go to pick it up in the drive thru as I see this dude cut the pizza through the window he sees me and still minds his business .. he was wearing a nirvana hoodie / white guy/ light brown hair .. yes I’m describing because it’s about to get trifling the lady hands me the pizza . I open the pizza and see it’s just cheese. I pull back around the drive thru and I’m like this is supposed to have chicken . The girl asks for a receipt I hand it to her and she was confused . Turns around to ask the dude after she shuts the window and he obviously tells her they are out of chicken.. she then tells me after opening the window. I was like ok .. she was like do you want something else on it ? I’m like no give me a refund ! She asks if I want to keep the pizza ? No mam! if I wanted to I wouldn’t have came back .. they could’ve called me !! The dude really wanted me to drive home to Gaffney to find just a cheese pizza in the box ! Crazy work! Do better !!! Yall check yalls food that was so wrong!

My order was wrong. After I got home. I had to turn around and go back to have them fix it. Plus the pizza I ordered was cold. The bread sticks was package wrong so they were crushed. When I asked them to fix it it they were rude and I was not rude or disrespectful at all.

Tonight, I allowed the closest and most convenient restaurant to fill my growling stomach. When I should have listened to my mind and gone somewhere else!
Everyone knows that food prices have increased, but should this impact our dining experience? No! Food is too expensive to be wasted or not enjoyed.
Let’s talk about this pizza. There was barely any cheese on it, and the onions were huge chunks. I might mention that this pizza was piping hot when it came through the window, and I live just 4 minutes away. There’s no way if the cheese had been coated the way it should have been, that my experience would have been this way!
If this is your choice for dinner tonight, utilize this post for an informative decision for dinner. I say this because the lunch shift may not be as bad.
As for the chicken wings, the verdict is still out for my husband’s feedback.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location! Lady was SUPER rude on the phone, also they never give enough toppings even when you add extra to them during order as well as hardly any cheese. The Westgate location is ALWAYS on point.

I give this one star because I was going to try them out but the lady getting the orders ready had her hair down. No offense, but Caucasian women hair falls out and be all over the place. That woman knows good and well her hair needs to be in a ponytail, when dealing with food!!!!! I saw her boxing people’s orders and I left.

Our family has always enjoyed Pizza Hut food
and service.
Today, after a long and stressful day, we splurged,
hoping to relax and enjoy a delicious Pizza Hut Pizza and breadsticks together, so we decided to try the
East Main Street location
in Spartanburg.
To say that we are so very disappointed in the pizza and breadsticks,
in every way,
that we will *never visit that location again,
is an understatement.
Honestly, we’ve enjoyed far better store bought
frozen pizzas.
After doing research,
I have read that Pizza Hut has changed it’s recipe,
If this is true,
this is very unfortunate.
However, the staff was very friendly and efficient.
It is with a heavy heart
that I am sharing a negative review, as I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
The food rates 1 star.
The staff is 4 or 5 stars.
