I have never dined in, but i am a regular thru Uber eats, i recently had Lomo saltado and it ticked every box!
It was fresh, flavor full and more than enough to feed me lunch and dinner.

Food was extremely salty. First rice was served cold. They took it back to reheat. I tried to eat it but it was disgustingly salty. (Chicken chaufa and choros a la chalaca.) Then they replaced the plates with the same salty food. I let them know I could not eat it. When I went to pay they wanted to charge me a gratuity for the inedible food I left behind.
So sad because I have been coming to this place for over 5 years. Will not be back. Definitely would not recommend.

I ordered a meal from Uber eats this restaurant D’Carbon accepted it, and then I canceled less than a minute later due to it being near my jobs address I work one hour away. Then they charged me and wouldn’t refund. Mind you I called the restaurant obviously they could not make it under a minute. They said it was too late and it was ubers fault. Then when i spoke to an uber rep the restaurant lied and said they completed the meal. Disgusting place. Had to be patterson.

This is our second time visiting D’Carbon and the experience has been incredible!! The food is delicious, decent portions, good seasoning, and for the most part the customer service is on point. We highly recommend the pichanguitas, mixed ceviche and the chicha morada is also delish.
