Ordered a burger with frizzled onions and sweet potato fries. Order edge over the phone but decided to eat in. They could not find my order because the guy who took my order did not ask for my name which I already thought was odd. I get to the restaurant they see me at the first seat. The guy tells me that my order is $20. I was surprised that they’re having me pay quickly because another lady came over and asked me what I wanted. I told her I prepaid so there was some confusion fine. I get my order the burger had more on it than the frizzled onions and pepper jack cheese, which is the only thing I wanted on my burger. Also, the sweet potato fries were cold. I paid $20 plus a four dollar tip. I had to track someone down to tell them that the sweet potato fries were cold. they did not apologize they just brought me new sweet potato fries. At no point did anyone come over and apologize for the cold fries which I paid for also, a manager didn’t come over at all to say I’m so sorry about the fries. Is everything OK with your meal? I felt that my money was not as good as someone else’s money and I was disregarded. A simple apology and a is everything OK with your meal would have gone a long way. I probably would’ve left more of a tip. The burger itself was excellent after I took off all the additives and the hot sweet potato fries were amazing. This restaurant is lacking in basic customer service skills. Every customer should be treated the same. whether I pre-ordered prepaid or not. I work at one of the bordering hotels and I would not send one of our guests here.

A Murder
Really just disappointed writing this review so your staff knows customers are watching servers and staff doing nothing.. My family is neatly stacking dirty app dishes that were missing sauces ( because the server never came back to the table to ask if everything was okay. ) along with empy glasses .. when we got our food.. that was the next time we saw our server again. My daughters chicken fingers needed ranch.. my boyfriend added the beer bacon fondue with his burger .. that was missing .. and my wrap was grilled not crispy.. she refilled the drinks but never saw her again so we couldn’t tell her these things were missing.. she came and dropped the fondue at the end of the meal saying ” here.. I have something for you” and walked away. I spend my days in resturants training servers and I really wanted to enjoy myself but this was not good service. Despite it I still leave a tip because perhaps there are things I dont see.. but.. Mondays is not an excuse to still give truck stop service.. its opportunity to give amazing stellar service .. sorry

Food and drinks were excellent. Service wasn’t great, though. We weren’t decided on drinks and asked her to come back, in which she refused and said she didn’t want to walk all the way over there and back. That she would wait, but, “no rush”. Among a few other awkward moments with the server. But overall, nice time and meal.

Wow wow wow, that was the slowest service I have ever received from a waiter. Food came out before the drinks. Refills on the drinks never even came. I paid and left. I shouldn’t have left a tip but I always tip 20 percent although the waitress did not deserve a dime. Food is always great but wow I haven’t been to Red Robin in a while and unfortunately don’t think I’ll return.

We stopped for a late lunch during the week, after not being here for a long while. The restaurant was on the quieter side, which was nice. However, we were seated at a filthy table which we ended up wiping down ourselves & the silverware was dirty as well. In addition, our waitress came across as to not wanting to be working. The food was okay; the salads especially we felt were extremely overpriced for what we got. Overall, a disappointing experience this time.

We were just driving back to the airport from a pretty rough few days. On top of other issues I had not eaten a good meal in a few days because I am gluten-free and vegan and there isn’t a lot of that type of good food in restaurants in the area. When we saw the Red Robin, I knew we needed to pull over. Our waitress was a lovely lady named Victoria. She was all smiles and so very kind. We told her a little bit about what we had gone through the last few days and she was just incredibly sweet. She was a great waitress and our food was delicious. I ate so much! Thanks again to Victoria. You made our day.

I think that the best thing on their menu and that gives you the most bang for your buck is their boneless wings appetizer. You can get two different flavors, you get like more than 12 wings and you get carrots, crispy onion straws and house made potato chips with it. All of that for only like $13? That’s a way better bang for your buck than the burgers in my opinion. In all the times that I’ve come to a Red Robin, I’ve never found a burger that really sticks out to me so when I get a meh. Burger and it’s $15 or more, I’m just not too thrilled about it. The burgers are decent but to me, not worth it except for the Wolverine burger from like 10 or more years ago. Sorry for the bad pictures, I forgot to take any til we were almost done. Lol.

Our server Victoria deserves most of the credit because she was WONDERFUL. She was friendly, made us feel comfortable, told us about relevant promotions, we didn’t feel rushed but she was very prompt every step of the way. Also I like how this restaurant brought the food as soon as it was ready even though our waitress was helping another table. My son spilled his juice and the person running the food got him a new one instead of waiting for our server to come back. Every part of our experience was fantastic and I’m kind of a tough critic as a long time restaurant worker. I wish this restaurant wasn’t so far from home because based on my experience I’d be a weekly customer!

The bartender/waitress with the light hair who worked the day shift when we went in on Monday was slow and rude. This is the third time we’ve given this location a chance and the last time. As we’ve had her before and the same experience. 0/3 times we have felt like we received good service at this location.
