I generally come to McDonald’s often, and I’ve moved to the area recently and was very excited to try this new McDonald’s as I’ve heard the restaurant model was great! The model is great, but the service is horrible, every time I’ve been there the manager will make direct eye contact with me as I’m standing asking for help. They take forever to correct errors, and they all seem like they hate their job. I’ve worked fast food and restaurant my whole life, so I understand the pain but you could be more kind. And today I went after work to get a meal, an I was very disappointed in my order. They didn’t give me my frappe, my spicy chicken sandwich has little to no sauce, and the fries are always cold. I just wish service was better.

We stopped at this McDonald’s for a late dinner on our way down to South Florida. Heading inside, we were ready to enjoy a good quick meal. Seeing nobody at the cashier station, we ordered on one of the many kiosks. After ordering, we had a problem with the app operating with the kiosk, and went up to the cashier station to ask for help. After standing there for a little while, a manager in a Blue button down and gray tie walked up. He did not greet us or even ask any questions but instead gave us a disgusted look, as if we were not customers, but a bother and burden. I spoke one sentence, telling him we were having trouble with the kiosk, and he said “You have to scan the coupon” and walked away. No greeting, no smile, no help offered. We decided to go frequent another place of business where customers were valued and service was friendly and knowledgeable. Very disappointed and upset. We will not come back to this location and may not patronize another McDonalds for quite a while.

On January 31 2026 at about 730-745 pm I ordered a happy meal for my son. I drive up to give the lady my card and then the pay here sign flys off and hits the hood of my car. It’s been a little more than a week and haven’t heard a peep from anyone. Can someone please help?

Every time I come here the food is either been sitting for awhile or it gets sent out like this photo I’ve included. I worked at McDonalds as a teenager and I know what the standard is. This place has been falling short for a long time. With that being said the staff are pretty friendly for the most part.

This particular McDonald in Bradenton is a convenient stop for a quick meal. The drive-thru is usually fast, and the staff does a good job of keeping orders accurate even during busy hours. Inside, the dining area is clean and well kept, making it a comfortable spot to sit down if you’re not on the go. The food is consistent with what you’d expect from McDonald’s fresh fries, hot sandwiches, and a reliable menu. Mobile ordering through the app also works smoothly at this location, which helps save time. Overall, it’s a solid spot for grabbing breakfast, lunch, or dinner when you want something quick, affordable, and familiar.
Staff at this location are very clean, polite and efficient.

Terrible service from a manger who says their name is Juanita a Hispanic accented lady who has the nerve to tell me at 3:45 am she is not open first it’s the system is down then it’s there’s no lunch then it’s u are closed how are you closed when your 24hrs terrible customer service ruining your profits came to get my usual order after a long night of work when nothing else is open. Also a general manager so I know how a fast restaurant should be ran I do it myself. Also has a nasty attitude what’s wrong with you whoever owns this should be ashamed as another restaurant manager you should also be ashamed then tells me she will be open in a couple minutes, then at 4:05 I just get no response terrible service. If she is actually a manager does not deserve to be and I use to love McDonalds but now… I hate you all! I’m very unhappy it’s sad I can’t get my food also had the thought in mind of just putting in the mobile order and she tells me no she’s not going to make it because she’s closed again how is a 24hr establishment close at 3am since when ? You might as well be closed for good ! I know every lie a worker says when they want to get ready and leave work or just be lazy and used every lie on me! A SHAME ! MCDONALDS ! A DAMN SHAME!

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and my expectations are already low with McDonald’s so to write a bad review is INSANE! This location LOVES to tell people to park and that it’ll be a 10-15 minute wait. YOU ARE FAST FOOD. I ordered a small drink, small fries, and McChicken. The lady at the window tells me to park and it’ll be about a 10 minute wait. I IMMEDIATELY asked for a refund and miraculously, my food came out hot and fresh 30 seconds later. If I have to make YOUR job harder to get my $2 sandwich out on time, then that is exactly what I’m going to do.

I visited this McDonald’s with my late and deeply missed identical twin brother, as he had driven for miles from Key West to Sarasota, and we needed a break.
Once inside, there were only a few people waiting in line at the counter. Although there were also some automatic machines to place your order and pay in advance with a credit or debit card, since we only wanted coffees and a bottle of water, I waited in the line. After about five minutes, I gave the order and paid in cash, and the efficient and courteous man behind the counter entered it into the system. I picked up our order within a few minutes.
This McDonald’s is clean and quiet and it has welcome air-conditioning. Credit and debit cards are accepted. There are two toilets and a large parking lot, plus the standard drive-through window.

I am diabetic. I ordered a sugar free vanilla. I pulled up to the window and watched the lady very clearly pump regular vanilla syrup into my drink. When I double checked with the drive thru attendee, she turned and let the girl know it was sugar free. I then watched the girl pump sugar free vanilla into THE SAME SMALL CAPPUCCINO. That’s 4 pumps of syrup from two different syrup bottles in a small cappuccino! It was two different bottles I watch her do this! When she gave it to the drive thru attendee I stopped her and let her know it wasn’t not sugar free. And the drink attendee got an attitude and assured me it was. They had me pull forward for my food. I pulled forward and tasted it. Sure enough, I was right. This is SERIOUS for diabetics! This is a serious issue! I watched her do it and even said I watched you pump from two different syrup bottles and she doubled down. I visited at 9am on 11/14/2025 and This needs to be handled! This employee needs education on how dangerous this can be to people with health issues!
