I come to this Chipotle almost every day, and the experience is consistently great. The food is always fresh, the line moves quickly, and the staff keeps the place clean and organized even when it’s busy. Brianna especially deserves a shoutout, she always has a great attitude and somehow manages to make my day better with her positive energy and friendly service. It’s small interactions like that that keep me coming back. You can tell the team here actually cares about the customers and the quality of the food they serve. Definitely one of the better Chipotle locations around.

I ordered a regular bowl no rice no beans with veggies and it weighed in at 16.1 ounces. No issue there. Spouse orders nearly identical bowl with extra meat and it weighed in at 12.5 ounces. We weighed them because the one was obviously off. Only Chipotle would equate extra meat + extra $ = less. Talk about a rip off. Be forewarned don’t trust them as they do not have an honest system for portion sizing.

So after seeing reviews now before posting. Portion control is a huge issue and wonder why they gave me bad looks for asking for more lettuce when they barley give you half of handful. I work from Olympia to Seattle area and never seen this much food shortage at ANY Chiptole. Last time I use this location. I’ll drive to other two in Lacey before supporting this location ever again.

I don’t know where to start.. 8/12/25 around 5pm. I believe four employees looked to be on duty, only two working, one of was struggling to fill orders for waiting guests, this must be my third time at this restaurant again the manager on duty (heavy set Hispanic American female) is standing in the corning with personal phone in hand flirting with another male employee seeing who’s taller (she is), wearing open toed pink fuzzy flip flops. Being on a complete power trip barking orders at other employees who are just trying to keep up. She didn’t even offer to help but giggle stating you better hurry up. This is her normal constant behavior durning every visit I’ve had at this location when she’s there. I’m discussed. People shouldn’t act like this to others. I believe from now on I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes for my Chipotle needs. Any and all employees who have dealt with her need to contact the owner or Corporate and speak with HR! UPDATE. SINCE THIS REVIEW I HAVE NOT SEEN FLUFFY PINK TOE GIRL!! THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER/OWNER FOR DEALING WITH THE SITUATION. It’s been such a different experience now! Will continue to return!

They did not add sour cream.
I ordered extra cheese I got zero cheese.
I ordered mild tomato salsa and got zero.

Management, please work on training or monitoring employees how they portion food. You see that meat in the corner of the bowl? That’s all I got. I ate one small price of meat before I took this picture. Most of the employees here load you up pretty well. But I’m extremely disappointed in that lack of customer service. That is a microscopic amount of meat for a 12$ bowl of food. This is mostly rice and beans. I shouldn’t have to hope the right employees are there, so I actually get my money’s worth. Again, management, PLEASE work on this. The food is always good, but portion sizes should not be so inconsistent. It also wasn’t just the meat, minimal rice, beans, and cheese. I had to ask for more on everything. I shouldn’t feel like I have to do that as a customer.

Portion sizes are ridiculously small. Smallest of any Chipotle I have ever seen. Just look at this bowl I received today, lol. Give us more food! I would give 1 star, but the folks working here always have the order ready for pickup on-time and are friendly so that adds a star. I think I’m done coming here until I start seeing reviews showing that they increased their portion sizes.

Not cool… sour cream on top of the guac?? You gotta layer it just like on the line… Employee was nice but come on. portions pretty small I order this same bowl a few times a week and it’s crazy how inconsistent they are.
