I will not be visiting this location again! I put in an online order for their “double bacon burger combo” with no tomato, large strawberry lemonade, and a 4pc mozzarella stick. I’ve ordered many times without tomato, yet every time I arrive, if “Dustin” is not there, they put tomato on it. No big deal, I just take it off. When I arrived at the location today, the person at the drive-thru had a rude response when I asked to make sure there were no tomatoes on the sandwich. I got to the window and was handed my food with a Coke. There was a mix-up when I ordered, but instead of charging me the difference, the lady charged me the full amount to swap out the Coke for the lemonade that I wanted. On top of the rude service and being charged twice for a drink, no marinara for my mozzarella sticks and my burger did not have any of the toppings I paid for—just meat, sauce, and a piece of lettuce. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! I believe the lady was management because even the employee at the drive-thru looked at her strangely while assessing the situation.

Saw an ad on tiktok about the steak bites. I usually don’t mess with Arby’s, but I wanted to try the steak bites, well, when I arrived and asked for steak bites, they laughed. They told me they don’t sell those and didn’t know why there was an ad on tiktok. So I had to settle for a pulled pork sandwich. It was meaty, but no flavor. I added the sweet bbq sauce and it made it edible. This is why I don’t go to Arby’s

Food was ok. I wish every gyro that ordered turned out the same each time. It’s either the right amount of meat or too much sauce, veggies and barley meat. The cheeder sandwich used to be my favorite but it’s never hot anymore and it tastes odd.

Got the Turkey gyro which was decent but always ask for FRESH fries it definitely makes a huge difference. My curly fries were delicious. Ohhh and the Strawberry Cream pies are EVERYTHING!!!!!

I ordered 4 mozzarella sticks and the biscuit sticks. $6.87. They made me pull forward and from then on took care of probably 15 cars- still was waiting! 22 minutes passed still nothing! This is unacceptable! I work 2 jobs! I tried to walk up to the window and was completely ignored! I guess they just kept my money.

Trash trash trash. Discontinued items menu keep changing. Managers have no answer. Placed and order to find out what I usually eat it with has been discontinued. So disappointed just gave the food back don’t even want a refund do better y’all have too much old money to settle for bs.

So, Last night I ordered food to be delivered by them. I totally understand that things happen and you wont have everything all the time. Rather than just refunding my order because they couldn’t fulfill it they chose to not give me like 5 of the food items (4 sliders and a shake) in an order that was nearly 40 dollars and only was going to refund me for the shake. Meanwhile they wrote on the receipt that their shake machine was down and their cooler was broken. When I went to call and just politely ask about this they completely ignored my call. Do not order from here. It would have been really helpful if they canceled it due to this and not give me an order I paid that much for just to get 1 sandwich (out of 5 sandwiches), 2 orders of fries and 1 correct drink (because the shake machine was down) They essentially just tried to let the delivery driver take the fall for this because he was stressing when he arrived. I would give 0 stars if I could

This was an absolutely terrible experience. I went for my mother, the line was incredibly long however they moved it along quite swiftly so I waited. Her order consisted of Farmhouse crispy chicken salad/ranch dressing, and for the first time she wanted to try the pork rib sandwich. She doesn’t like cheese so she asked me to order it without Gouda. That’s is what I ordered for her and I had asked for a small chocolate shake and was prolly told the shake machine was down. Well unfortunately her sandwich left much to be desired. I have attached a photo of what it looked like. Missing onion straws, and I would say meat, as well as bbq sauce. Highly disappointed☹️.
