First time at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. We have been to several others, so we decided to stop in here while in the area. The service was slower than other locations but they had just finished up with a large party. The food was good, as usual. We had the cheeseburger, salad and boneless wings. I like using their app since I always earn enough points for something free. The prices are also good, and less expensive than other restaurants in this category. This location seemed new and was clean and spacious.

Had a solid experience at Buffalo Wild Wings during happy hour! The hot buffalo wings were exactly what I was craving – good heat level with that classic tangy buffalo flavor, and the wings were cooked perfectly with crispy skin. Not the spiciest I’ve had, but definitely packed enough punch to satisfy.
The garden salad was a nice refreshing balance to the wings. Fresh greens, decent portion size, and the vegetables were crisp. Nothing fancy, but it did its job as a lighter side to cut through all that buffalo sauce.
The real winner was the happy hour strawberry margarita – fruity, well-balanced, and a great deal during happy hour pricing. Definitely helped cool down the heat from the wings and made the whole meal more enjoyable.
Service was friendly and the atmosphere was typical BWW – sports on every screen and a lively crowd. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the wings took a bit longer than expected to come out, but overall a satisfying visit. Would definitely come back, especially during happy hour!

Went with a couple friends after work, food was delicious! But our server, Nicole, was rude and full of attitude. Didn’t check on us ever and got mad because we forgot to tell her we were splitting the check before she printed out the original copy. We are all servers, so we normally have a lot of grace because we know how tough these jobs are. But the way she spoke sometimes was just rude. Other than that, food was great!

Came here for a birthday dinner for my son (his choice – I would have never come otherwise, and this experience proved exactly why). We were seated around 3:15 in the indoor/outdoor area where the servers are also the bar tenders (poor organization/management). Our food came out at 5pm. My tenders were barely warm, the fries were cold, luckily I had saved a side of ranch from the apps or else I would have not had any sauces. The beer was tinny, and the service left a lot to be desired, only attended to when absolutely necessary. I’ll never understand why places like this are so popular but my money could be much better spent elsewhere which is why I’ll only continue to come here when absolutely necessary

Got take out. The guy working was handling about 40 orders. My order was correct and he even offered me wet naps. I have never been offered them for take out.

I called in and order and spoke with Anthony. He was very polite and professional and repeated my order to ensure it was correct. When I arrived, I only had to wait about 1 minute for my order to be ready. Great staff and great service. Can’t forget the kitchen crew doing an amazing job as well.

I have been here couple times first I had bad experience but wanted to try one more time this time I have ordered chicken nachos unfortunately it ended up without chicken. The we have ordered traditional wings combo they were very hard to eat. Though it was frozen at-least it should be warm and soft enough to eat.

The fries they gave me were old so I took them back in for fresh fries and those fries were hard and dry like they dropped the old fries ! One of the wings also had a bunch of feathers still on it! Just terrible

Greeted by a hostess is that’s what you wanna call it. No hello ; no smile , no sense of wanting to be there at all, was sat down ; our waitress was wonderful & cheerful. That was the only highlight of this visit. The food took 35 min to come out ( mid day). Not busy. Unclear why so long but ok; issue now is that EVERYTHING other then the FF ordered came out like warm. How do you wait 35 min for the order to come out and it’s barely like warm you ask? And instead of mentioning the pure lack of caring about what’s being served. I didn’t want to extend my visit here any longer so pushed through and finish my meal without a peep. Will not be back.

We came to celebrate an accomplishment for someone. We had a server named Dominique, he was top notch for real! He was attentive to our needs, made sure we had enough time make our food choices, explained dishes for food allergy prevention, and he’s wonderful interacting with kids to make sure they get the specific things they wanted.
