My daughter took her daughter’s and brother and me here just for a late dinner and I will say this is the food was great, the service alright and the drinks for them were good but when I ordered coffee the server came back multiple times to tell me that it was still brewing after 20 minutes. I felt disappointed because they never brought me my coffee but yes they did remove it from the bill. They could have explained why I didn’t get my coffee but I guess it’s good. All in all I would have given 5 but the unexplained missing coffee is the only reason for 4 stars

I’ve got to say that for this place being a chain restaurant, I did enjoy the food. We were seated immediately as it was not busy and we waited. We saw an iPad on the table and assume that we should order from it, but waited to be directed as we’ve never been there before. We ordered bread, salad and soup and a couple of the vegetarian options on the menu. The food came surprisingly fast and definitely looked fresher than I had expected. I ordered an eggplant dish and I found it to be cooked very well – not too salty, not too sweet, not artificial tasting, it just tasted like cheese, eggplant and tomatoes. Prior to the dish coming I noticed that my fork had food residue on it and I had asked to switch it, our waiter did so with no fuss. I think this place is very affordable and I can see where the hype is. Atmosphere 10/10, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, I asked if I could take a couple extra bread pieces home and our waitress packed some extras for me! So kind! I’d love to visit again!

Ordered catering at this location. I was able to place the order with less than a 24-hour notice. Great option for a group lunch. I chose to have the order delivered, and it did arrive a bit late. So, I reached out to the store and spoke with Mark. He was extremely kind, professional, and understanding, and did everything he could to make the situation right. Mark was wonderful. No place is perfect, but what truly makes a restaurant stand out is how they handle imperfect situations—and this location handled it the right way. I’ll definitely be placing more orders.

My review is about Olive Garden’s (Transit Road) delivery/catering service. It was amazing! We ordered the package for 10 to 12 people. Delivery was very much on time with a very well-presented and polite man bringing everything to the door. The lasagna and five-cheese ziti were so well-prepared and looked beautiful in their containers. We also received two very large salads packed in clear containers with the lid holding the Olive Garden dressing and croutons—the salads were very fresh. We also got a huge number of warm and soft breadsticks. The meal was a huge hit! And to top it all off, they included a large and very delicious chocolate cake. Thank you, Olive Garden! It was great!

Food was excellent and delicious. Portion size was good. Well lit place and staff was very welcoming. Our server Jojo was very pleasant and suggested the dishes based on our dietary requirements and they were excellent. He made sure we had everything on our table at all times. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again.

Perfect end of our road trip with lunch here. After a lot of fried and sea food. I just got a soup (Chicken n Gnocchi),salad and bread. Family got salmon n kids Alfredo. Everything tasted yummy and our server was friendly and food arrived pretty fast. I loved the soup with bread.

I went there last week with my girlfriend and our server ignored us most of the time. He took our order and that was it. He asked everyone else how they were, if they needed anything, etc. but ignored us. I ate my whole meal with no drink because this a hole ignored us and took care of his friends or whoever they were. I do not recommend this place and if you get Dimitri as your server; well maybe he’ll take care of you, maybe not. I will not go back ever

Stopped in for Dinner with my son and had a magnificent meal. Ordered the 6oz Steak & fettuccini and he had the chicken fettuccini Alfredo and both we agreed were perfect. Steak was medium rare as ordered and on point. Portions were bigger than expected. Sabrina H was our server and she rocked it! Super friendly, our cups were always refilled with out even being requested, our salads and bread sticks were refilled also before we could even ask. She made the dinner experience worth the stop in. We really enjoyed our food. The bread was a bit salty – we would have preferred not as much garlic salt, or maybe just garlic on top. Also, don’t even touch the screen that is on the table, we were charged a surprise additional $2.99 with no warning.
Service was excellent though.
