My family and I dined here on Christmas Eve, and I have to say, it was an experience I won’t forget. After a long, exhausting day managing the hospital, I was mentally drained and not in the best mood. But then our waitress, Abby, greeted us with the brightest smile and a warm, welcoming attitude. From the moment she introduced herself, I could tell she truly loves her job. Her energy was nothing short of euphoric, and honestly, I needed that lift more than I realized.
Abby’s kindness and positive energy were like a breath of fresh air. At a time when I was questioning the goodness of people, her genuine warmth reminded me how powerful a simple act of kindness can be. She wasn’t just serving us; she was spreading joy, and it truly made our evening feel special.

We visited today for Valentine’s Day . We had a 3:00 reservation we were seated around 3:15 . Our server JD took our order ( we ordered everything at one time drinks, appetizers and entree ) we noticed that everyone around us were getting their food after we were seated for over an hour. JD our server was constantly checking on our food at about 4:33 PM we talked to the manger Sheila and she worked it out for us as well as our order came out everything is good . Thank you Sheila(manger) and JD server for understanding but taking care of our needs.

Something new happened tonight with the drawn butter for the lobster.. we have been getting lobster for a while now and not once have we had the little candle light dish for the butter.. A whole new experience.. when we questioned if it was something new that yall started doing she said no that it’s always supposed to come

Tonight was our first time enjoying a meal at Bonefish Grill. Canisha was our server tonight, it was her first night on the floor and let me tell you she was amazing. She was passionate and knowledgeable about the menu and you could tell she thoroughly enjoyed what she was doing. The food was delicious and brought to us in timely manner. We enjoyed it so much, we had to bring some home. Definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to the next time we go back.
