Food was good but the area we ate in there was tables that had dirty plates on other tables and floors needed to be swept. We were there for about an hour and dirty dishes remained on the tables and employees were standing around talking instead of cleaning the area. Our server was nice. But the restaurant should be more clean

came here yesterday around noon for my daughters fifth birthday brunch. for a sunday, i was shocked to see there was no wait. we were greeted and sat immediately by a very nice host. our server cristian was very nice, and the food didn’t take too long even though they were busy. before we left the staff came and sang happy birthday, and my daughter had the most priceless reaction. she absolutely loved it! we made other plans to go somewhere else for dinner, not realizing the restaurant was closing soon, so we decided to come back. we were then immediately greeted and sat by a manager i presume, whose name I unfortunately did not get but she was also very friendly. we were also recognized by another member of staff Carla, who remembered us from earlier. she ended up being our server this time. she was also very friendly. food came out very quickly, and they sang to my daughter again (i didn’t get to record her reaction the first time so this allowed me to do so). the staff experience here played a huge part in making my daughter feel so special on her birthday. i’m not sure the atmosphere could’ve been duplicated anywhere else. everything was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend and we will absolutely be back! they are GREAT with kids 🙂

oct.22.25 these cooks do not gaf, ordered a stack of dulce de leche pancakes and they only drizzled a single pancake and by the time I was able to enjoy my meal after having to wait even longer after items were missing, the single pancake had absorbed all the drizzle and whipped cream if there was any and was STILL dry, my french toast also had no powdered sugar or butter and I could hear them complain as they were making it from the kitchen, how are you mad at me for missing items and ive waited over an hour?!?!?! mind u i was completely respectful knowing they were busy but they did not care about making my order correctly, im not coming back

I went in for a pick up and walked right out as fast as I walk in after geting my food. They’re quick. The staff was valery attentive and friendly too. Plus the food was amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Carla was a great waitress! Food was delicious and fairly quick. Wasn’t busy at all when we went. Only complaint is that the avocados on my toast were brown in some places. Also didn’t have vegetarian sausages at this location.

I just want to say i loved my waitress Jen she was amazing and fast and encouraging and beautiful she was also funny and respectful I really enjoyed her company and the love she shared not only to my table and family but others as well she even got a picture with me!!! god bless you Jen and have a great life!!!

It’s my birthday and my daughter wanted to “buy” me dinner, she’s only 9 and wanted some breakfast food. I placed an online order because my suv is in the shop for repairs. The door dasher was friendly, handed me my food and left. I went to hand out everyone’s food and mine wasn’t there, so I immediately called the restaurant thinking they would fix their mistake or maybe give me a credit on my next visit. I couldn’t even get them to answer the phone. After listening to their recording on repeat for over 15 minutes I finally got to leave a message. Will update if they return my call

Sadly, I have to post a review like this as I like to support local businesses and their staff but there’s no way I will be coming back here. I have eaten at this IHOP many times in the past and the food and service were of good quality but today it was like walking into a war zone, the staff were openly complaining about who had to do the dishes, and they were loud and slow. The food was awful, badly plated and they gave us plastic utensils.
There were dirty tables everywhere and the overall dining experience was quite bad. I think it could be because of the staff shortage but that’s no excuse in my opinion. It’s sad as I have been a chef for over 35 years and this has been the worst dining experience I have had here in the USA for the 29 years I have been here.
