The food is tasty, but the prices have been getting higher and higher, and the service is mediocre. The wait time is very slow. I ordered online with a 20-minute pickup estimate, but when I arrived, I ended up waiting more than another 20 minutes. By the time the food was ready, my 11-year-old daughter was extremely hungry. However, the cleaning staff were very friendly and did a great job keeping the restaurant clean.

One of those days when I was craving some comfort food, so I stopped by Jollibee, the Filipino fried chicken chain. I noticed that the rice is now served in a cup rather than scooped onto the plate. It actually feels like a better portion size for American customers, since the old scoop sometimes left me wanting a bit more. I also saw that they now offer a biscuit, which clearly seems like a move to broaden their appeal to people who enjoy fried chicken with a biscuit.

I ordered the 2-piece spicy meal with coleslaw since I didn’t really want rice for dinner. The slaw is the creamy, sweet kind, which I enjoyed. The chicken was cooked just right—juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, with a nice kick of spice that wasn’t too salty or overpowering. Really solid fried chicken!
Looking forward to trying the chicken sandwich next time.

First time here. Sunday at 12 noon. It was packed but the line moved fast. I would stab someone over a Mango peach pie. That shit is gasssss spaghetti was def different. 7.5/10. Spicy chicken was dancing 10/10. Pineapple cheeseburger had me doing flips 8.5/10. The fry sauce with pepper was so good I got another one to take it home haha. overall I learned a new language and my credit score went up 10 points. Highly recommend.

I’ve gotten food here several times but this was the first time they missed our order and we waited half an hour. (The timestamp on our receipt read 6:31pm. When I checked with the staff my phone read 7:02pm.)
We watched everyone including the mobile orders all leave one by one and wondered if they were shortstaffed today because they seemed to be running around frantically. It was when people after us were picking too that I decided to ask the staff if they’re still working on our order. She checked through all the tickets and orders twice and couldn’t find ours so she told another lady who was probably the manager. The manager prepared our order for us right away and apologized. It wasn’t until we got home and sat down to have our food that we realized she had given us 1 extra piece of chicken and 1 complimentary pie.
We were very tired and hungry so this surprise made us feel better. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service in the U.S. so I think they deserve 5-stars. I mean, this is just fast food but there is quality in the service and food. The chicken is consistently fresh, crispy, and tasty. (Thank you!)

Got the 3 piece tenders. In my box was no dip and four tenders the size of my ring finger, all dryer than the Sahara. Guess Jollibee fell off, this was 100% not what was on the site nor what I ordered.

We ordered fried chicken bucket meal here. They were very well cooked and fried. The spicy ones were wonderful seasoned. Every bite was a delight. The dining was spacious and decent seats and tables. A little dark and narrow though. Free parking lot and one door to the mall too.
