Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Edit: The manager Shay was beyond nice and extremely apologetic. After she reviewed the videos she noticed it was not blood but it was red syrup they used for a new drink there that was on the workers glove. I appreciate her calling and keeping me posted while she investigated

whoever took my order needs a attitude check. we got pulled forward (after she was EXTREMELY rude on the speaker, also like to add NO patients!) a different lady came out, we informed her our sprites were out and she came back (very nice lady) and said they were saying inside the building that we were tripping, but it tasted like Alka-Seltzer. the owner employee admitted to that. we then realized our apple pie and ranch we asked for was not in the bag. at the speaker she finished our order for us and i had a feeling she was going to say that i didn’t order the ranch. the nice lady goes inside and the rude employee comes out with my pie and says i need to pay for ranch because i didn’t ask for it. shes argumentative and probably going to try to defend herself the way she was to her co workers inside. this is the 3rd time ive had a issue at this location with rudeness to the point now recognized her, i myself work in fast food too that is no way to act.

Recently had our first experience with Whataburger and we were very impressed. The food was amazing. We loved that they let you completely customize your sandwiches during online and door dash ordering. All of our special requests were captured and how we ordered our sandwiches is how we got them. We will definitely be back again and can’t wait to try the sandwiches we didn’t try this time.

Can’t believe I am rating this a 5 star but, well deserved. Walked in and immediately was welcomed by the cashier. Polite, respectful, well mannered. Food was well prepared and the manager stopped by to ensure they met my expectations. Will definitely visit this facility again. Thank you staff at this location.

As soon as we walk in it smells fresh and the floor is mopped clean. We immediately are addressed to be helped with a kind welcome. We told Marvin we’d sit down and redeem some rewards and he walked us through the process. Once we ordered, the food was made quickly and properly, no mistakes. And that’s sometimes hard because I have a Family of 7. Well done! We always enjoy eating at this location. It’s fast, they are friendly and the vibes are awesome.

My my what a burger ! Is what I said to myself after dining at this beautiful establishment. A dear friend of my recommended the tasty sauce combo of honey butter and friends. Let me tell you there is not a word in our beautiful American English that can quite describe the feeling I got when tasting the combo for the first time. Now I’ve had my fair share of good food, but something about the honey + butter + fry combo tickles my taste buds to a point no human quite deserves. Thank you what a burger in Fort Walton beach for your service, and all you do to support this community.

The team here is very friendly and polite! I haven’t had a Whataburger in years and it was my wife’s first time and she loves it!
