To give credit where it’s due the food here is usually good & fresh / hot. I’ve had issues with orders, but I usually get what I order. I rarely have had a great or memorable customer service experience, until today. Sidel at drive thru window #1 was incredibly kind & she made my day!

Horrible experience. Do not come to this McDonald’s if you are on a time crunch or want your order done correctly. The staff and management needs to work on customer service, making sure that they are doing orders correctly and Respectful considerate of customers time. I ordered a drink and I asked them multiple times if it was correct because I saw the person at the speaker put under the drink “special request” instead of the actual name of the drink but at each window they reassured me that it was correct but when I left, I realize it wasn’t the right drink so I had to turn all the way around and when I came back, it was more people so I went through the drive-through and the man told me to just pull through at the speaker and at the first window but when I got to the second window, apparently that was not OK and that’s when they decided to tell me to come inside after I waited 15 minutes. it was not like it was food. My thing is if it was really their policy, why didn’t anyone tell me before the second window that I could not go through the drive-through? I ended up calling the manager just to let them aware of the issue and to let them inform their employees that they should inform customers to come inside instead of waiting in the drive-through line in hopes to avoid this in the future but she simply did not care and instead was rude when I did go inside to exchange my drink. I do understand if they were stressed but as a manager she should never be rude to a customer and should want to know how to make the facility better.

Usually extremely slow even when no one is there. I’ve spent my entire lunch break waiting for a cheeseburger before. Just go to the one on Kingshighway/Mt Auburn. The people are much nicer and they’re much more efficient.

It says “open 24 hours” but if you try to order between 11 pm and 6 am they will cancel your order and say they are closed. A woman works here with several of her children and none of them do their jobs. The girl at the drive thru doesn’t even stand up, open the window, or even look at you. She just sits there slumped over the register on her phone. And even when the family of layabouts is not working, you will be waiting 20+ minutes for anything you order, even just a drink, even when no one else is in line. This is the worst fast food place I have ever been to. It’s sad because McDonald’s as a brand is really tarnished by this. It used to be a fun place to take the family. Now, look at these reviews, not just mine. You would think the corporate offices would take notice and improve their business. Well anyway, I will not be going to any McDonald’s after these experiences.

Place was packed and zero people at register. 3 women just staring there talking, ignoring customers in lobby. Drive through never moved the 20 minutes k was there before I geve up and left.

I usually go to this McDonald’s and have a good time. Today, I went and ordered a basket of fries, but I didn’t receive more fries than I would have if I had just ordered a regular large fry. Additionally, the fries were also cold.

It’s 3:28 am. on a Monday in the drive thru, it took 10 minutes to place order.
Another 20 minutes to get 2 egg McMuffin and 2 sausage biscuits.
Terrible service.
