I had a great experience at this Subway today thanks to Ally. She made my order perfectly and was super friendly the entire time. What really stood out, though, was how professionally she handled an extremely difficult customer ahead of me. She stayed calm, patient, and respectful even when most people would’ve lost their cool.

It’s rare to see that level of customer service anymore, and Ally definitely deserves recognition.

What $14 gets you, barely any meat, got chips drink and a sub instead of charging for a combo charged me for everything seperate? Toaster was on way too long the bread was disintegrating. Bought a drink cup but doesn’t tell me til after they don’t have ice?

Placed an online order, it didn’t show on their end 30 minutes later. I showed them the online order showingbpaid screenshot and all and they refused to make the order I had already placed and paid for online! Even brought up my CC showing it already was charged.
Today, I attempted an online order again. 7/20/2025 order placed done. Holy crap 4 shreds of lettuce on a footlong sub we ordered 2, both are the same. Absolutely ridiculous.
