The Fork & Spoon in New Braunfels is a fantastic brunch spot! The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. There was a bit of a wait for a table, but it was definitely worth it. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend for a laid-back, tasty meal!

My husband and I agree that our whole experience was a 10/10! We only waited for 10 minutes to be seated, our waitress was awesome, and the food and coffee were absolutely delicious!!! We tried the seasonal raspberry white chocolate mocha, my husband got the red velvet pancakes (he’s picky about his pancakes, and let me tell you, that man cleaned his plate ), and I ordered the monte cristo French toast. We will DEFINITELY be back soon!

Went here for brunch and ordered the Jillian Eggs Benedict. It was so very delicious and totally worth it! What a great place for breakfast. Excellent service. Highly recommend this place.

I have visited this place numerous times and the service and food have been consistently on point!
On this particular visit, William was our server, and he was excellent. He made sure our coffee was never low and was incredibly hospitable and attentive.
My go-to meal is the Scott Schnitzel with oatmeal, and it is always delicious and satisfying. Highly recommend this spot for great food and fantastic service!

Fork and spoon is one of my favorite American breakfast places. We waited 45 minutes which is definitely worth the wait. The food is always delicious! Today I actually got their lunch and it is just as good as their breakfast I got tomato soup with a half a sandwich and the sandwich was a turkey and bacon club sandwich with avocado. An it comes with potato chips. Which are homemade and delicious. My bf and I love coming here and will continue to support this amazing place.

1-30-26 Wife and I stopped for lunch. Wife had Angus burger without bun. It was on a bed of lettuce with tomato, grilled onions, two patties, cheese and bacon so big it looked like a piece of ham. She got fries as well that covered the rest of the plate. Said the burger great, fries were hot and fresh. It also came with a side of chipotle mayo.
I got Fork and Spoon Chicken. I chose sides of Bavarian Potato Salad and a side salad. The potato salad was warm and had a good flavor. The confusing part was the chicken. I could taste the same flavor on the chicken as the potato salad, but it was covered with cheese, pico and avocado. When I mentioned it to my wife, she said it must be German/Mexican fusion. It was good, but my taste buds didnt know what I was eating.
Service was good and friendly. I sat looking at a beautiful picture of a castle that we found out was designed in Germany but not built. Later the plans were purchased and built in Switzerland

It was nice. Everything is a la carte…like everything. Do you want jam on your toast? That’s extra. Butter on your grits? That’s extra. You get the drift.
I don’t belive they seasoned much at all while cooking but there is salt and pepper on the table. My husband got the biscuits and gravy and wasn’t very impressed. I got a veggie omelet and it was okay. I tend to judge resturants on their grits so I ordered those too and they had no flavor (not butter, salt or pepper) The service was friendly and food arrived quickly. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated.
