Service was good, very friendly. However, food was very mid. I ordered the scallops plate special and what was served was fried, pre-frozen breaded scallops. The advertised scallops plate showed actual scallops. Very misleading.

The food that I ordered for myself which was a grilled salmon salad with fries and the food that my little boy got which was the seafood boil in the bag was excellent! The waiter and everyone that works there are very pleasant. We visited from out of town and definitely will visit again and eat that excellent food. King Claw seems to be one of the highest rated seafood boil spots in Columbus, which is why I wanted to try it. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the hype.
I was seated and waited about 15 minutes at my table without any server coming by. No one took my order or stopped by, not even to offer a drink. After waiting with no acknowledgment, I decided to leave.
I’m sure the food is good based on the reviews, but service is just as important. Hopefully this was an off day, because I really wanted to enjoy this place.

I had the buid your own. It tasted excellent. Our server was friendly and the food was served promptly. The dungeness crab was extra good.

This is probably our 5th or 6th visit and this is the best the food has tasted since our first visit. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavor was great! We were also lucky enough to have Ashlei as our server again. He was working a birthday party and taking care of us along with other customers. He was on top of everything from refills to providing a good atmosphere and even putting the game on the tv for us.
