Very good for a boy scout summer camp. You don’t go in expecting cuisine. It’s serviceable, and they provide some nice extras for adult leaders only – a salad bar, extra sides, condiments etc. Beautiful hall with some nice architectural elements (layered wooden beams), fun BSA decorations on the walls. Plenty of fans to keep you cool.

The biscuits and gravy are actually pretty good. If you are an adult leader, the scout master mess has really good soup during lunch if you don’t like the meal. That being said, the eggs are absolutely disgusting, the lasagna is borderline inedible, and the dining hall staff is always incredibly rude.
