Normally they are really great. Solid service and good food(for a McDonald’s.) The last time I was there though, they forgot part of my order and left me waiting at the window for 15 minutes. I had to go back through the drive-thru to get the item they forgot.

The drive through line was long but it was well worth the wait and their customer service was great as well… Its been a long time since I received hot fresh fries from McDonald’s and for that alone this location should be proud!

Literally came to this location today around 3:20pm Sunday February,15. I was immediately greeted at the entrance stating that they were closed. I’ve never know for McDonald’s to be closed on a Sunday besides Chick-fil-A. Ridiculous!

This is the worst McDonald’s in Wilmington, Delaware. They are so unprofessional when it says the McDonald’s is open. There are never open when you get to the drive-through. The women are so rude. I don’t understand why the people they are so rude. They act like you coming to get a meal from the restaurant is really bothering them.

I ordered hot coffee and apple pies. It came fast and the staff is friendly. kudos for that. The pies are fine but the coffee is not hot, only warm. it tasted not fresh. Minus 2 stars here. I also saw many teenagers stood outside and I found the parking lot was monitored by a mobile multi surveyance station. Never saw that outside of a MacDonald before. minus one star here.

I have just been at this Mc donalds at 700 4th st. Wilmington DE 19801, I arrive and say my order through the drive thrue at 8:32 pm I tell the employee my order number, she tells me to park in front of the store, I wait about 40 minutes, I go to the window in the front door and tell the employee the lady in the drive thru send me to here, the employee tells me I don’t know? Because? This is only for doordash, and i explain again that she was the one who sent me, I’ve been waiting for my order for 40 minutes, she told me again that I have to go to the drive thru for that! I go back to the drive thru I tell her the employee my order number, I get to the window and tell her look I’ve been waiting for my order for 40 minutes in the parking lot, and she just said sorry I thought you were a doordash I tell her but how can you think that I am a doordash, I ordered my order through the McDonald’s app, not through the doordash app, well, after 3 more minutes they give me my order, I asked for the double jalapeño QPC, the gentleman who seems to have made it gives me the order, he looked at me badly, as if I had done something wrong and as if I should apologize for their incompetence, i leave the place I’m going home, when I check the food, the burn potatoes and the double cheesy jalapeño QPC, they gave it to me without Jalapeño… these people were the worst customer service and the worst quality of food…

I go to this McDonald’s a lot due to its location and an appt I have every other week. If it wasn’t for the convenience of its location and it being the only fast food place on the way to my spot I wouldn’t go. The staff always seems to have an attitude, as if we are an inconvenience, the area itself is sketchy and unsafe, and the food never seems fresh or available. Now McDonald’s is notorious for never having ice cream but my son loves their mcflurrys and they always seem to be out of stock.

Pulled up to the speaker the lady on the other end had a nasty attitude!! Never asked for my code, gave it to her anyway and before she types it in she likes whats the code for, im trying to let her know as she screaming at someone else inside the store. So of course she couldn’t hear me and said can u say that again but cuts me off with u said 1624!! Just unprofessional in my opion once i got to the window after a 7 min wait i was severed cold fries!! Had to go around in drive threw again just to get hot fries!!
