Ordered the crispy chicken slider meal and mozzarella sticks entire meal was cold including mozzarella sticks. Didn’t give any condiments in bag even though I paid extra for them. Go to any white castles except this one.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have never been in a restaurant that is so dirty! The pictures dont even do a good job at showing how filthy the place was. I have always been a die hard White Castle fan. The condition of this location is absolutely disgusting!! I will never go back, the kitchen area was just as bad as the lobby. Pathetic!

Got my food through drive thru when I got home not even 5 minutes later I went into my bag and the food was cold, the fries wasn’t even cool all the way, I had to throw them into the air fryer just to get them somewhat crispy, lesson learned fixing highway fast food places have really gone down hill and not worth caring about people losing their jobs

Order 20 cheese and 4 doubles. Got home and this was one of the doubles. C’mon, You gonna tell me they didn’t know they was putting it in the box like this. Bad enough that you pay $2 and some change for a double but didn’t even get half a single. Comical!

Please do me a favor and don’t ask what seedy part of Louis the 16th’s Ville I’m in. My first time at White Castle so thought I’d give it a solid review. Boy did my .89 (where’s the cent sign on an iPhone) go a long way. Never has a Hawaiian bun and mustard ever taste so good. Ironically I assumed I bought a hamburger ♂️. The staff had a good laugh at it being my first time. Food wasn’t bad and happy to see it was a dog friendly establishment. #fivestars

I just went to this white castle for dinner, after I worked a 12 hour shift at the hospital and decided not to cook dinner. So, I took my daughter and myself out to dinner. This fish is so old and cold, like I just want to cry. Not only did I wait a good 20-25 mins in drive thru, but didn’t get an answer when I tried to call them. I should of checked my food, but my daughter’s Burger’s in another bag were fresh and hot and my fish we’re under fries and chicken rings. #goingtobedhungry #completionofmyhorridday #coldcastles

Purchased two original sliders w/extra pickle and an order of onion rings. I pulled off and took bite of slider ICE COLD. I then removed bun and saw that both sliders were old (pic below). Onion rings were mushy. Thanks a lot. I’ll start my work day starving because someone was ok giving out old food
