You Shall Be Nuked
I door dashed from them, a ten piece chicken nugget, and bacon quarter pounder meal. I eat the quarter pounder, it was good! Tell me WHY I open my chicken nuggets, and FOUR OF THEM ALL READY HAVE BITES TAKEN OUT OF THEM?! I KNOW it wasn’t the doordasher since the bag was properly sealed. I don’t know what’s going on with these workers but that’s disgusting. I’m not ordering from this location ever again.

I just ordered McDonald’s DoorDash from this restaurant on accident- cause I knew this location was awful with their quality after the chicken nugget incident. And I simply got the quarter pounder. Guess what, pink in the middle, and when I squeezed it, blood came out. I wish DoorDash gave the option to block stores you don’t want to order from, cause this McDonald’s location would be the first one.

We ordered nuggets. A 30 PC WITH FRIES. I asked for it to be well done since last time they were a little under cooked. Well today they made it worse LOL! My nuggets were raw / undercooked. I called to see if something could be done. Jose, I think it’s a manager or shift lead? Just replaced our nuggets and even had the audacity to ask for a receipt when I live 30 minutes away and I just ordered there because I was on my way home. He didn’t replace our fries so our fries are now cold. By far one of the most unpleasant experiences. I know it’s McDonalds but come on, at least some empathy from the Managers… they make everyone a manager nowadays.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!Terrible place, this is the location closest to our house which naturally more convenient, at this point i would much rather drive to The JoeBattle and Edgemere location. Last week we had an emergency and had to stop by quickly to get my sons dinner, we placed the order and took off immediately. Only two find that half the order was missing! We had no time to turn back and get the order corrected, so my son did not get to eat which got me upset, i tried to call for about an hour and the line was “busy” i never got to talk to a manager regarding this issue. In the past they have messed up our orders but did not bother us since i was able to turn back and correct the order, that wasn’t the case this time. If you are going through a drive thru it should be correct majority of the time not the other way around, i understand that people make mistakes but THIS MANY??? This evening I went back and ordered a basket of fries for someone who is sick and cannot not eat much but starchy foods with salt, well the basket of fries came with what seemed like a large order of fries (if not less) and the fries were undercooked. In the picture i show a fully cooked fry and a undercooked fry (I received maybe about 4 to 5 fully cooked ones) Its so disappointing to go somewhere when you have no time only to just get terrible service and food. We will not be coming to this location and will notify our chains of influence to avoid this location at all costs. Extremely disappointed with the service Ive received in less than a week.

Asked for extra buffalo at the window, only gave me one extra when I got my food at the second window so asked for 1 more, said they charged, that’s fine I had the change ready, he said he didn’t have a register & had to get back in line. It shouldn’t be more than 50cents for a cup of buffalo, could’ve just given it to me atp or just taken my change. Such bs. Tall black man with the most beautiful eyes is the empoyee that gave me this wonderful experience:)

I usually go to this McDonald’s specifically since its on my way, and am always greeted with workers who have a bad attitude because they’re working. Today, I went for the Mcmuffin deal and realized they charged me for the egg one instead of the regular. I tried telling the lady at the first window and she couldn’t be bothered. Went to the second window and told the guy there that I ordered the one without egg, he told me to pull off to the side. I get my food, get home, open it up and realize they gave me an Egg Mcmuffin without the sausage!! I swear, I always get an attitude from this McDonald’s

All McDonald’s are different this location on 11260 Montana Ave. is receiving the three stars. The service is not professional. The employees seem as if they don’t want to be working there. My orders are most of the time wrong. The restaurant doesn’t look clean. You’ll have ask for the table to be wiped before you sit (didn’t take picture).
Prices on this location are higher than other McDonald’s.
If you’re a Happy meal toy collector, this location does not allow to purchase the toy without a happy meal purchase.
A second note on the toys. The toys seem to be the same and a little boring according to my son.
App: When ordering a happy meal from rewards, one can only order a burger or 4 count nuggets. The 6 count and cheeseburger cost more and it will error out in the app.

The one thing you should be able to count on at MCD is the fries! I’ve tried twice and different times of day and both times the fries were stale and cold.. won’t go to this location again.
