They tried to give me salmonella! What happened was when I ordered a Quarter Pounder, they did not fully cook the patties (you can still see the temperature cooking markings, this according to someone with McDonald’s Corporate, just after seeing the pictures I took and informed me) as well as instead of using hand/packed quarter pounder patties, they used regular sized small patties used for Big Macs and regular hamburger or cheeseburgers or double cheeseburgers, NEVER (According to McDonald’s corporate management) on a double Bacon Quarter Pounder as I order or or Quarter Pounders EVER!

I am writing to report a very disappointing experience I recently had at your location.

I ordered a Crispy Chicken Biscuit and was served a McChicken patty instead, which is clearly not the correct product. While mistakes can happen in any restaurant, what matters is how they are handled.

When I called the store to address the issue, the employee who answered was extremely rude and dismissive. Rather than listening or attempting to resolve the problem, she insisted that you use “two kinds of chicken” for that biscuit — which is simply inaccurate. I have been a loyal McDonald’s customer for over 25 years and have never been served a Crispy Chicken Biscuit prepared this way.

Even more concerning than the incorrect order was the employee’s attitude. Customers should never feel disrespected or brushed off when bringing a legitimate concern to a business. If someone is unhappy in their role, it should not be taken out on paying customers.

This experience reflected a lack of professionalism, training, and basic customer service. What should have been a simple apology and replacement instead became a frustrating interaction that left me questioning the standards at this location.

I strongly encourage management to review this incident, properly train staff on menu accuracy, and reinforce the importance of treating customers with courtesy and respect. No customer should leave feeling ignored or disrespected after receiving the wrong order.

This location needs to close down. There’s no real grill manager no one explains to the workers how to stack the trays properly. They barely check the temperature of the food& the person cooking the meat always double checks their undercooked patties every 2 seconds after putting it in the warmer. It literally takes nothing to flip a patty or to toss it under the fully cooked ones.

The young woman working 2nd window was silent, rude, and slammed the window in my face. What happened to have a nice day and being decent to other people. If you don’t like your job nobody is forcing you to work. Food pretty good, good job cooks

Ordered a double quarter pounds with mayo added and a large chocolate shake. Got the burger first and had to ask for the shake. Got a slightly chocolate shake but my burger didn’t have mayo. It’s also salty and slightly burnt though I like it like this so that’s less of a compliment and more of a warning to people who don’t like that. Hell I wouldn’t mind it slightly saltier

Extremely slow service and crew member took all of 10 minutes just to take my order at the drive thru. Seems that they have one elderly person trying to run the whole store early morning.During day time crew is often rude and acts like a customer is bothering them by ordering. Terrible location.

Not really a good mcdonalds. Food quality always terrible, never gets orders right, ask for extra stuff they normally just leave it off instead. No straws when you get drinks in the bag, large fries always filled halfway only, customer service is always slow and terrible. Dont always get items you order. Just tired of throwing money away here. Wish they would do better, place is just ran down. If you can chose another location to eat at id suggest doing so.

Its 1am on a Monday morning and these workers are not answering the drive thru speaker. When I pull up the window I see 3 workers walk by and didnt look my way so I blew the horn and said are you open no answer.

Then finally someone takes my order.
This place needs a better manager or something or need to fire everyone on that shift.

Placed order from app. Food was good but lost stars bc when I got home I found they had left out a chicken sandwich. I should have checked before pulling away – so, partly my fault and my loss but, I honestly wish places paid more attention to what’s ordered and what goes in the bag, bc once a customer is home for the day, the last thing we want to do is get back in the car and go back to a restaurant for one chicken sandwich.
