Drove up to place an order at the drive thru and was greeted and I thought it was a prerecorded greet such as the competitors. When I noticed it wasn’t I was blown away. He then asked how I was a and proceeded to take my order. I was looking out my window amazed at the service I was having at Burger King. It truly felt like I was at a sit in restaurant not fast food chain. As soon as I got to the window I was handed my drinks quickly and asked if I needed anything else. I even told him your amazing. Your at the right position. As I look at the badge he was the manager. Well Oscar definitely leads by example and provided excellent service. Even my food was good overall all a 10 out of 10. Once again thank you.

We had a whole order and completely changed it last minute when we saw something else we really wanted more and Oscar, the nice gentleman helping us was so patient and understanding and polite and respectful, a small gesture of kindness and respect goes a long way, Oscar is THEE best worker, he needs a raise or promotion for sure! Thanks Oscar! You’re Awesome!!! 🙂

I come here every here and there and enjoy the food very much, however I visited them today through drive through and did not expect the service to be so poor. We ordered 2 whopper meals and they gave us the small burgers and on top of that gave me my double bacon cheeseburger that I asked for with no pickles as a plain burger with pickles. As we expressed in the second window that we wanted the whoppers and to please charge us the difference since apparently the order was taken wrong the old women at the window did not comply whatsoever and insisted that is what we ordered. I am very disappointed with this experience and will not be coming back.

DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP. They make mistakes and do not own up to the mistake. They failed to give us all of our order and when we reached out to them, they claimed the manager did not see any mistakes. They shorted all of our cookies and my toddlers drink and hamburger. Then said if you review the app rules we cannot issue you a refund, even though it was their mistake. Garbage

It’s so sad that a big company like this has the worst customer service. My parents that are seniors went to the place wanting to get their whopper special tru the app. But they didn’t know how to redeem them. They asked the staff for help and they refuse to help them. How come you don’t have the time to help even when its your own app! You guys should be more helpful. Poor burger king If this is the image your portraying. Shame on you!!!

Attention all Burger King mobile app users!
I’m writing this to warn everyone: do NOT add any extra ingredients or customizations using the mobile app. I’ve had multiple experiences where I’ve paid extra for add-ons, only to receive a product with none of them. It seems like they don’t pay attention to those details when fulfilling orders made through the app, and you’ll just end up paying extra for something you don’t get. Save your money and avoid disappointment by sticking to the standard menu items if you’re ordering via the app.
