Today coming it I will say it seem like everyone was coming inside and drive through at the same time. The staff today was quick on their feet. They got the orders out within the 5 minutes I waited to get my pickup order. The manager on shift don’t (catch her name) was also jumping in where needed as well as taking orders to the car. Shoutout to the cashier at the front Chelsea. (Idk if I spelled her name right.) She was holding her own for the front taking orders and jumping in to make orders herself. Today was a good day and the food was hot and fresh. I appreciate the staff work today.

Quick shout-out and positive feedback on an employee name Cash that works at the location in Conyers GA on McDonough Rd. Hwy 138. She’s a rockstar and a breath of fresh air. I placed an order today at 1 pm EST and she was the most professional, sweetest, helpful person that has served me in months in this area. You have a diamond in the rough and she proves that customer service is not dead. I pray the neighboring restaurants do better. Get you a Cash on your team. Every fast food chain needs a Cash on their team.

I clearly asked for spicy wraps got almost all the way home and went to eat them and they are regular with mayo so I call and the manager says there is nothing I can do unless you come back I’m not driving 20 minutes back!!!!! I don’t even eat mayo!!!! Need better management!!!!

Please Please Please don’t waste your time. It 3.03 pm on a Thursday afternoon and there was to cars in the drive threw. Line wasn’t moving and the person wasn’t even talking to the employee… waited over 15 min. As I waited in the line I downloaded the app to see what deals they have and still the line wasn’t moving. Unacceptable. If your in town in Conyers don’t waste your time trying to eat the fast food here. Save your hard earned money and eat at home. This wasn’t the first time I had to wait…..

The person taking the order was moving extremely fast & was rude. I had to ask her to slow down so I could give her my correct order. No apology.
Wow, get to the window and cashier had no people skills. No hello, no thank you or closing acknowledgment. The chicken had feather on the wings.

The Manager and Franchise owner of this Conyers location need to wake up! If you are not going to prioritize the eat in dining room customers over your drive through and Uber eats business then close your dining room!!! Waited 30 minutes for 2 3 piece meals while the Uber eats folks walked in one after the next to pick up their orders. Avoid this place as its not fast food and not worth the wait. Tragic!

Why isn’t zero an option because a 1 rating is too much! I will never go back to this place and i don’t understand why people keep giving them their money. Today I went through the drive thru, I waited in line for 25 minutes then after paying they asked us to pull forward so they could give me a freshly made fish sandwich. We then waited another 15 minutes to get my order. I then get home and my order was WRONG! I ordered the fish sandwich and brought home a cold, hard, spicy chicken sandwich! Ridiculous! Never going back! I like KFC better anyways.

Every single time I go something is always out or half my chicken is hella dry. How do you sell out of something on a regular? Chicken but no sides? Come on now. There’s one employee there she’s actually great so the lack in other areas that makes up for it. I do understand they’re flying solo when it comes to something close to a home cooked meal so they’re ALWAYS PACKED.. oh, Please add a lil bit more gravy to the potatoes I had a pnut butter moment. Idk the process but to wait in line 30 min to get to the window and they say it’s that 7 min to cook, after I waited 30, that 7 won’t kill me. They do not try to smooth any inconveniences over either, no pie, cup of ice hell anything. I’m optimistic
