Soap the fillet steak was amazing with great flavor and the chicken. But the penne pasta, and the Alfredo sauce was not that great at all. The penne pasta tasted like a can of ravioli from the store. And my buddy said that his Alfredo sauce is better at Olive Garden lol. The raviolis with chicken inside of them were good with amazing flavor. This is just my honest review of the food oh, and the mozzarella sticks were really good as well.

I visited Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Phoenix this past New Year’s Eve, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The food was absolutely delicious, some of the best Italian we’ve had in a while.
We did have to wait for over 30 minutes to be seated, No bar seats because they didn’t have a bar tender, which is typical for a busy holiday evening, but the fantastic food made the wait entirely worth it. The service was efficient and friendly, and the atmosphere felt lively and festive.
The only real drawback was the seating arrangement. The tables are situated quite close to each other. It made it difficult to have a private or comfortable conversation, as we could inadvertently hear every detail of the neighboring table’s dialogue. It just felt a little too cramped.
Despite the close quarters, we still highly recommend Carrabba’s for a great meal. Just be prepared for a bustling environment, especially on a holiday!

I’ve been here plenty of times in the past but today I felt compelled to leave a review. The food was absolutely amazing and we marveled at how great this chain restaurant was. I think we even said that this place was underrated. In the past we’ve come just for appetizers. This time we had dinner. The food had so much flavor and was cooked perfectly. The spinach and broccoli were perfect. It was pretty dead and we sat at the bar. This was a Wednesday evening. The service was great and our waitress was very nice. The chicken Bryan was the star of the night. Did I mention the flavor? Mouthwatering. Will definitely be back for dinner again.

Have not eaten here since the crash of ’08 but really enjoyed it. A little pricey for lunch for two, but service and experience overall was very nice. The noise level makes conversation tricky, but it’s much better than most. I ordered the salmon sorrento which was a decent portion and it came with a side choices ( my pick of spaghetti was yummy) for about $25, kind of high for lunch. My husband ordered the Chicken Parm and really liked it. Our salads and bread was good, but spent $60 before tip. We go to Olive Garden and have never had a bill that. Food was a little slow coming out, but it did taste great.

Let me start off by saying i absolutely love To eat here but last night was a disaster! It was my wife and I wedding anniversary and she had never had the pleasure of eating here so I decided to bring her. We had about a 15 minute wait for a table no big deal. We was seated in the bar area a booth the bartenders area and let me note she was working the bar and area by herself. She got to us pretty quickly and got our drink order when she returned with the drinks we ordered our appetizer and our meals at the same time! 45 minute later we received our combination sampler appetizer and it was cold but we was happy to receive it. After a hour and 15 minutes with no meals i decided to ask for the from of the house manager. She pointed him out and let me be clear our bar tender/ server was doing the best she could no complaints with her. But the manager was just rolling silverware and not walking the floor or trying to make sure people were being taken care of at all. Also i didn’t even think he was a manager because you know the dress code the restaurant has they dress professionally and he was in a football jersey. No hate just normally you can tell a manager in a fine establishment. I told him I will pay for what I received and to cancel our meals because nobody should have to wait over an hour for your meal. He looked lost when I said that and honestly seemed like I made him mad. It really wasn’t that busy as far as I could tell it was just under staffed and that’s what the managers job is when that happens is to play all roles and make sure the guests are being taken care of. He literally did none of that. I will add a picture of him so you can see what I mean by not knowing he was the manager.

This is a great restaurant, but the customer service has gone downhill.
First, they do have lots of gluten free options , so that is really nice. The food is very good too, especially the salmon.
Our server was nice and attentive, but there was a manager that kept coming to our table and she was just rude. Always seemed like we were a bother, even when simply asking for more water.

I usually love going to dinner at this location but last night was an exception. I ordered sirloin(rare)I got filet medium well. I explained to the server that I wanted the cut of meat I ordered. He took it back the cook and manager gave him a story that the meat came in thicker than usual. The server brought it back I still disagreed but I took a bite anyway just to see if I could enjoy it enough to get through dinner. It was way over done so I walked it up to the manager and let him know it was a completely different cut of meat and was way over cooked. I didn’t eat anything else off of my plate. I just left in front of him. After a moment he walked of and said don’t worry sir we’re not going to charge you for that meal. I thought how gracious of him All the while he was running his hands through his hair and then messing with people’s food.

We went for the seafood and wine pairing dinner. They have these special dinners almost monthly. It’s definitely an experience I’d highly recommend. Our server Macy is awesome! Keep up the great work all!

Delicious Food! Friendly Service. We don’t have Carrabba’s in California so when my husband and I had a 5 hour layover at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport we took a Lyft for 8 miles to eat here. Everything is delicious. Love the free bread with herb mix in olive oil and the sausage & lentil soup. The pasta is great too.
