Hair in food and manager has no care in the world lol. I ordered on UberEats and the manager mentioned I would receive a refund – so I’m grateful for that. But when I brought the food back to the store, I saw the manager and another worker both continuously making food without wearing any hair nets at all…even after I told the manager there was hair in my food. The driver handing me my pizza had the box wedged open touching part of his sleeve, im told due to faulty boxes. That is not my big complaint. I initially called the wrong dominos and they offered to remake the pizza and were lovely. Problem is, it was the wrong dominos. So I called this one on meijer rd, and again explained the situation, this manager laughed and said I’ll sent someone to get ur pizza so u can have a refund. I told him the other store offered to remake it and if you are coming to get it, cant I just get a new one and not a refund? He laughed again and said it doesn’t work that way and hung up. Also, I never saw that refund. This order was also leave at my door. For specific reasons. Im now supposed to meet with u again to return said pizza. Not only did his clothing touch my food but it was open. He could have done anything to it. Disgusting customer service.

Placed and order online for drive through pick up upon arrival I was told a total for my food I advised I paid through the app. The manager then came to the window informed me his system didn’t show a payment I showed the online receipt and bank statement showing the payment best he could tell me was to call my bank but he wasn’t giving out free food. I went inside to get a receipt that he canceled my order all the receipt said was bad order I then asked for the original receipt which turned out not to even be my order. When he looked me up by phone number he found my order when I finally received my food no apology or anything terrible customer service and worst manager I have ever delt with would not recommend this location to anyone

Manager on duty tonight is completely rude, disrespectful, horrible customer service and not helpful. I felt bad for the customers and employees. Pasta noodles were over cooked with no sauce so had to add ranch, mind you ut was supposed to be alfredo smh! Bread bites were hard and overdone. Very discouraging considering this is my usual store. Won’t be back until issue is resolved!

My boyfriend and I ordered garlic parmesean wings tonight. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I eat here. I don’t know what these are, but they are more like bones wrapped in fat. COMPLETELY unacceptable I picked through them to search for the meat and barely found any. I am completely dissatisfied and still hungry after paying over $30 for food. ZERO STARS.
