Traditional Japanese steakhouse set in a more upscale setting. They have great options for sushi as well as a hibachi dinner. Great location at the Legends. This trip tried the steak and scallops with fried rice. This was truly one of the best hibachi steaks I’ve ever had. The flavor was excellent and it was grilled to perfection.

**Run fast and far**
I would strongly advise people to avoid Stix, especially if you have food allergies.
When I placed my order, I clearly informed the waitress that I have a **shellfish allergy**, particularly because others at our table were ordering shrimp. She did not acknowledge it at all and immediately moved on to the next person. I had to stop her and ask her to acknowledge that she heard me. That alone was concerning.
Next, the **silverware was visibly dirty**, and we had to request plastic utensils instead.
The most alarming part was the **food preparation**. The cook did not clean as he went, food was being dropped all over the table, more food landed on the table than on our plates. Our plates were sitting there while food was scattered around them. I had to ask him to stop and clean the table and ensure food was placed on the plates, not everywhere else.
Between the lack of allergy awareness, dirty utensils, and extremely poor sanitation practices, this place feels unsafe. The restaurant needs a **serious deep cleaning and better training** on basic food safety and customer health concerns.
I will not be returning.

We ate here last night! We were seated with a group of 5. The soup was warm not hot! The lettuce was brown and the bowls half full! The steamed riced was cold, and my girlfriend ordered sushi we never received.
The server was curt and often rude! We never got refills on any drinks, to include WATER! The entire table was charged an 18% gratuity. WE DID NOT COME TOGETHER AND WAS GROUPED BY THE ESTABLISHMENT!
The chef was AMAZING!
We know now to get a table!

food is good. reasonable price for a hibachi restaurant. i like how they have a separate dining area away from the hibachi grills that is less overwhelming. service was ok it felt like there was some sort of communication barrier happening. other than that, food is good

Stix has been here many years. It compares to many other Habitchi places. Service is always nice and food is ok. The drinks were not stiff enough for me, both drinks were like juice only. We waited for the waitress to return for a few times, but over all the experience was good.

I wish I would of read the reviews before we came. This place is DIRTY!!! The food is terrible!! I MEAN TERRIBLE!! Everything tasted off. Even the veg. Sushi, terrible!!! Avocado was brown crab was dry. Our cooks uniform was dirty . I’m just praying my family nor I get sick.

The hibachi side is way more fun and taste better than if you get a table/booth and order from the menus. Wouldn’t seek this place out for sushi but everything else is pretty tasty. The atmosphere is fantastic through the entire building.

The only reason they get 2 stars is because the chef was very nice and personable. Other than that, the server was rude, the plates and silverware was dirty, and they sat us back in the back corner when multiple open grills were available (and others were sat at those grills after us). When I would ask any of the staff any kind of questions, they were very rude. I’ll never waste my money at this place again. The food wasn’t good enough to deal with this horrible service. Again, the only reason I gave 2 starts is because the chef was nice.

Always an amazing experience! Their crab wontons are soo good and I love that the egg drop soup is for 2. I haven’t found a roll here I haven’t liked yet. I’m very excited to try out some new ones soon! Staff is always very attentive and friendly.
