The restaurant is located about 2 miles West of Disneyland. There’s plenty of outside self parking. The lunch menu was reasonably priced. There was a large selection of seafood on the daily menu. There’s a separate section of the menu for a special drinks. The restaurant offers a lot selection of desserts. The server was outstanding. The restaurants are clean. The dishes served were very good.

This is my daughter’s favorite restaurant. We travel from the Inland Empire from time to time when we need our crab fix at a decent price. Love this is a lowkey casual vibe but still offers attentive service and great food. Saddens me to see so many locations closing, hopefully this one lasts for years to come.
We were sat immediately once we arrived, made reservations just in case due to it being Valentine’s Day. Our server approached promptly and we got our drinks and apps ordered. Our server was kind and attentive so 10/10 there.
We ordered Oysters Rockefeller and the choice did not disappoint. The oysters were pipping hot and fresh. I would liken these to spinach and artichoke dip meets oyster, very flavorful.
For food my mom ordered the Crab Daddy boil and she loved it. Ordered cajun flavor with no heat. Tasty with a little tang, and matched perfectly with the seafood. Her meal came with crab, corn, hardboiled egg and potato. All of which were delish.
I ordered the Cajun boil, and had it simply steamed. I believe seafood should be enjoyed for what it is and let those flavors of the sea speak for themselves. My boil included crab, lobster claws, mussels, sausage, potatoes, and corn. Everything tasted perfect and it was fun breaking into the crab legs and lobster claws.
Our drinks were two glasses of prosecco, light and easy to drink.

Here are some areas for improvement:
1: Ask the customer if they are a Landry’s Select Club member. Sometimes being caught up in the moment we may forget. That is what happened to me I forgot, so asking us will not only allow us to use any rewards we have, but also upsell to those who are not enrolled.
2: Timing of the photographer. I appreciate the gesture and did buy all the pics she took but it was highly inconvenient. Reviewing photos and having to make payments mid crab crack is such a burden. I had to stop what I was doing, find napkins, use our wetnaps just to pay. Take photos early on, have the server inform the photog the customer is ready to close out the tab and both return together. This way all hands are clean and the customer does not have to stop eating.

Overall great experience and we will return.

After a long time away, we returned to Joe’s Crab Shack for my brother’s birthday dinner, and our experience was fantastic. Our waiter, Jordan, was truly amazing. He was attentive and checked on us consistently, but his kindness went beyond just good service.

He joined the entire restaurant in singing Happy Birthday to my brother, making the celebration truly memorable. We’re so grateful for that special touch.

The food was delicious! | had the dynamite mac and cheese, and it was incredible. The lively atmosphere made it a perfect evening. We will absolutely be returning in the future.

This was my first time trying this place. The food was okay, on the salty side. What really threw my girlfriend and me off was the photographer who comes around. He approaches your table saying the photos are “complimentary,” then takes a few pictures but then returns at the end of your meal asking if you want to buy them. He hands you a tiny “complimentary” photo and then tries to sell the 4×6 prints for $20. It felt like a tourist trap. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back.

I have always loved going to Joe’s but when my favorite location closed down, I took a chance to try a new location. I must say, my experience at this location was fantastic. Our waitress was amazing and every staff member was kind yet courteous. Our waitress made sure we had everything we needed and also came to check on us during our visit to see if we needed anything else. The food was on point. It was cooked to perfection, seasoned great, and my drink was just the way I liked it. I would recommend this location to anyone. I can’t wait to go again.

Here for another birthday celebration. I ordered the Crab and shrimp dip, Shrimp Sampler which included 3 types of shrimp – the bacon wrapped shrimp was great! Also ordered the Land and Sea Platter, and the Crab and Shrimp Pasta with a side of rice.

I’ve been to this location probably 6 or 7 times but it has been about 4yrs since I ate there (I moved to TX) and the menu changed a bit! Our server was great and went above the norm in service! No more pots but more of a seafood boil bag it didn’t taste the same and of course with inflated prices it was maybe $10 more no big though! The dessert was amazing! The drink I ordered was strong but nothing a coke couldn’t fix lol All in all the service made this visit great!
