Second time we’ve been serviced by Fatima and were treated quite poorly. Noticeably different from the other patrons dining. And being ignored as we waited to pay the bill when others got serviced in the meantime. Heard her say to other patrons to enjoy their meals or address them. We were simply asked what we wanted to order and given our meal with “anything else?” Vs. “Enjoy your meal ladies” to another table sat in her area.
Not sure if we did anything to deserve such poor service but literally every other waiter/waitress we’ve had has been spectacular.

Today I went to this location for breakfast. I was more than pleased with the service provided by Claudia. She was very attentive and had a great attitude. Made my experience wonderful and I will definitely be coming back.

I think this is my favorite breakfast place now. The only problem for me is the parking, but all in all, I have amazing experience. For sure I will come back . To the chef and to the people who help make the food pretty, thank you very much. First time having a real egg omelette. Yummmmm

If there food isn’t over cooked, it’s questionable. I have never appreciated seeing other people get served after I’ve already been sitting there waiting. Coordination seems off. Everyone gets crammed into a corner of the building while everything is open. The building is falling apart. I tried to get out of the bathroom and the handle fell off

Waitor didn’t tell me about an up charge but said I could have any selection of pancakes with Breakfast. Delicious and restaurant smelled good, music was ambient, but surprise charge. My check suggested 18%,20% or 22% but when I paid the tablet started it’s suggestions a bit higher and didn’t let me customize to an 18% because of the surprise unchanged. When I tried it defaulted to 20%. I found it surprising that I couldn’t get out of there under $24.50 for a simple pancake platter! Ouch. Restaurant empty, which was fine for a personal call I intended to make!

The food was great! The POS Credit Card Reader was malfunctioning and delayed the transaction and service for everyone on a busy weekend. I sent my friend from Heartland Payment Systems to help them get something much better and faster payment processing via credit card. Hope corporate listens to these reviews and makes the change.
