Food was piping hot and tasted awesome but the thing that really made my day were the employees. Give them a raise and some more benefits, whatever it takes to keep them cause they are literally the best people I’ve ever run into at this location. 12:30 on a Tuesday afternoon, and my whole day is made because of them. Great work everyone, my kids and pup (she did not have any chocolate, just checked the box for safety ) are so happy to have met you all ♥️

I had never had Jack In the Box before, so I decided to give it a try. Honestly…reminded me of Arby’s in a way, but I felt it was lacking flavor. I got the home style ranch club and my fiancé got the jack’s fav burger. In terms of quality, not bad. The flavor was just lacking. The staff were very friendly. They said the teriyaki bowl was their recommendation, but they were sold out. So maybe I’ll come back to try that in the future.

Every single time I’ve come to this location, they are out of something! And my something I mean you’ll try to order something else instead and they will be out of that too! You’ll do this dance a few times and then end up having to ask “ok, what do you?” It’s everything from tacos to drinks. Today, my breakfast sandwich was flat as a pancake.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! IM NEVER GOING BACK AFTER THIS BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! I usually go here maybe once to twice a week for the kids and spends $20-$30 for a meal and dessert a bit PRICEY but it was worth it until now!
EVERYTHING WAS BURNT & BITTER! Maybe they hadn’t changed the oil but whatever the excuse is, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I’d understand if one thing was burnt but my whole order was BURNT! And I didn’t even get my receipt! I WONT EVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

I was starving after a hectic day . Everyone had long lines and noticed Jack did not so jumped on it . Skimmed thru the menu . Had time since nobody was on it. Got there jumbo jack and I was glad I got it. It was tasty even without the cheese ( lactose intolerant ) I could imagine with it it would be great.

I was in NC Jack in the box yesterday last night, tried them, it was huge end delicious 2 huge end fresh chickens I was in loved! So I decided to come buy them again over here, MAN! We pulled into the drive thru at 10:30 pm. The girl said the system was down and it would be 15 min so we waited. We did not get our food until 11:15 pm. We ordered the popcorn chicken combo. They were out of curly fries. Out of sauced and loaded. I asked for ranch 3 times. We pulled out of the drive. No ranch. Pulled back in. They were out. But the girl didn’t say anything when I asked her DIRECTLY at the window. Did not respond. Also this is the amount of food we received. The boxes aren’t even half full. Crazy awful.
