The restaurant has a really fun atmosphere. It’s an upscale lounge-style spot with a French-Asian fusion menu and a great bar, and they often have live music or entertainment which makes the space feel lively without being overwhelming.
Service was friendly and welcoming, and the staff made the whole evening feel relaxed and enjoyable. Overall it felt like a place that’s great for dinner but could easily turn into a fun night out as the evening goes on.
Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Bellevue. I’d happily come back.
If you and your friends are in the area and looking for a fun group activity with a great atmosphere, quality food, and exceptional beverages, Primo’s Bellevue is a Washington must-visit! With a diverse brunch menu and a wide variety of cocktails, there’s truly something to satisfy everyone’s taste.
Saturday brunch comes alive with a live DJ, great beats, and endless good vibes. I tried the mango mimosa and it absolutely delivered! The ribeye brunch nachos were loaded with fresh, house-made guacamole, the truffle fries were perfectly savory, and the chicken and waffles were fluffy, flavorful, and juicy.
Make Primo’s a destination for great energy, delicious meals, and unforgettable memories, you won’t be disappointed. The venue is easy to find, offers convenient parking, excellent customer service, a clean dining space, and a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

Appetizer: cream baked potato. It was good, but not cheesy enough.
I ordered the butchers cut and orzo duet. Delicious!! Steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. Seasoned beautifully. No complaints about the dish. + two riding mango cocktails cause I love anything with henny.
My friend ordered the surf and turf. The wrong dish came out at first. They were very generous with the amount of shrimp. Not sure if it’s because of the mistake. The only complaint my friend had was the size of the plate. It was too small for the meal or provide a small dish for the shrimp shells. + two glasses of red wine.
Nice 2000s/R&B music playing. 4 star just because the portions were kind of smaller than what I expected.
Great apps, an awesome throwback (00s) music. Quite the vibe.
I plan to go back again really soon!
The staff were friendly and still getting adjusted to menu and procedure.
There was live music and nice looking bar where many people seemed to be having a good time.
I am looking forward to see this place grow and hope it gains some culinary charm.
Note: rating on bell curve, 3 is average
Cocktails, however, have a lot of room for improvement:
1. Generally unbalanced. I recommend using a jigger until they can create cocktails that are consistent, balanced, and enjoyable.
2. Service speed was good.
3. I loved the latte mug and saucer. super cute!
4. The Espresso Martini is listed with Ketel One on the menu, but mine was made with Tito’s instead. If you’re substituting the base spirit, please let guests know. I noticed the switch while watching the drink being made, but nothing was mentioned. Unfortunately, I had to send it back to be remade with the correct spirit. Thank you for fixing that.
There were multiple managers and owners present, yet not a single one stopped by to ask how the experience was. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Checking in with guests only takes 20 seconds. With over 10 years of their experience in the industry, I found this disappointing.
The bill was misleading. Two $18 cocktails + one $18 small plate + one $34 entrée = $88 subtotal, but the receipt showed $92 excluding tax and service charge. They also don’t provide an itemized receipt, which makes it harder to verify. On top of that, a 20% service charge is automatically included, with no mention of it on the menu, website, or from the staff. This feels deceptive.
I believe this place is a restaurant, but apparently they’re open till 2am on weekends? A little strange. Is this a club or a dive bar?
What is the concept/theme/vibe of this place supposed to be? Pacific Northwest? Classic American?
Between hidden fees, unannounced spirit substitutions, and a lack of genuine hospitality, my advice would be to tip the performers directly instead.
Congratulations on the opening! I’m excited to see some improvements in the near future!
