Ordered takeout for 2x Garden Veggie Papa Bowls (1 with chicken added on) and they tasted so hearty and amazing! Had no issues with the service at all and we were fine with the slight wait as the bowls were baked fresh upon our order. Basically tasted like baked pizza but without the dough so it was easier for us to digest. Was extremely delicious, flavorful and filling – all for a very reasonable price. Would definitely be back soon for more again!

Horrible experience with staff. Specifically asked for extra garlic sauce with my pizza and didn’t get it. Called the store and they blamed it on the other manager instead of rectifying the issue and then they hung the phone up on me. Then went to the store to get the sauce and still no apology and disrespectful. Won’t ever go there again. Don’t care for liars and poor customer service.

The MOD was RUDE! He cursed the employees and me. I was verbally attacked when I asked when the order I was picking up for DD would be ready after waiting over 20 minutes. The store was in chaos. One employee left because of how he spoke- cursed- her out. He complained the entire time about orders being wrong but had no solution to fix the issue. He should be fired.

I placed an order through the app. The driver decided to accept my order and do other things so I had the order cancelled and then remade the order. The store gives the old food to the dasher I pay for said food and then notice it’s cold. I call the store back and they’re saying that another dasher is on the way with the hot food. The dasher gets here and still wants me to pay . So I’m stuck with cold food and unable to get the hot food . I called the store the manager is telling me to call doordash I called doordash they want me to call the store . Then I called the store back and the general manger “misty” starts yelling so I get defensive and she proceeds to hang up in my face . I was stuck in an endless loop. I placed the order at 7:34 and got a cold pizza around 9:30 . This is annoying and frustrating as I tipped the driver thinking they brought the hot food.

Got a late night pizza and it was delicious it was super fresh although it was after midnight it was way better than I expected pretty much perfect thank you all so much for making a great pizza especially when you’re just about to close

I was staying at a hotel about 2 miles away. I ordered a medium pizza and a 2 liter soda pop for delivery and they said it would be 40 minutes. After an hour, I called and the guy said Door Dash driver hadn’t picked it up yet. He said they haven’t used delivery drivers for years. The pizza finally arrived after 1 hour and 45 minutes, and it was barely warm (imagine that) . Papa Johns is usually my favorite pizza, but not this shop !!

Had a great experience at Papa John’s thanks to Jayden! My bf and I stopped in on a whim, didn’t order ahead, but Jayden was super friendly, smiling, and took care of us quickly and professionally. Hard to find service like that these days. Shout out to Jayden—keep up the awesome work!
