We ordered three sandwiches and got a bag of chips. The total was over $50 and each sandwich lacked the ingredients we ordered along with next to no lunch meat whatsoever see photo below. I want a refund. Primos used to be the best sandwich spot around, shame on you for charging so much and providing this kind of product. Staff was also very off putting.

These used to be the best sandwiches, now they’re more expensive, have much smaller rolls and almost no meat. $14 for a turkey Diablo to get a roughly 8” hoagie with no meat. You’re stealing from your customers and you should be embarrassed to serve what amounts to a lettuce sandwich. Avoid the Harleysville location but they’re all the same now.

Absolutely a rip off for a cheesesteak, yes I got the smallest size but when I opened up my sandwich it looked like an empty bun.. hardly anything in the sandwich. Pretty pathetic, go support a local cheesesteak shop they will make it the right way. Don’t waste your time here, confronted the manager said “it is what it is” great customer service.

So disappointed in Primos Harleysville quality is not the same and definitely not worth the prices anymore. Last two orders we got very stale rolls for the hoagies – like can’t bite down stale. If you are going to use stale products then let the customer know and give a discount so I can decide. Will rethink ordering again

Reducing the size of your hoagies? Then please be honest about it. Smaller and smaller everytime.
This was a $15 primo size hoagie. Look at how small it is compared to a small bottle of water. We all know prices are going up all around us. JUST charge more and keep the size the same.

Always a good sandwich here. I gave them 5 stars for atmosphere because im not sure a to-go hoagie place needs anything more than a clean place to eat and they have inside tables and also outside. Bon appetite

Used to love this place. Last couple of times though the roll is split entirely in half, sandwich is sloppily thrown together, and the rolls are smaller. We were told 15 minutes for our order and it took 40 minutes. Forgot the pickels, cheese was discolored, and the lunchmeat was warm. Bad experiences back to back. Maybe its just the harleysville location. Needless to say we will not be back.

Recently ordered online for takeout of 8 sandwiches and was a given a pickup time for 1 hour later. We arrived promptly at the store at our given time. Our order was not even started upon our arrival. When we went to the counter, we were told by the two staff members that the order was not even started.
Other patrons arrived after us, placed their orders and received them immediately. When we went to the counter for an update, we were met with annoyance by the staff, as if we were bothering them. In fact, they were down right rude.
We overheard other patrons saying that if you don’t tip them, your order is delayed. We were not aware that we needed to include a tip in order to receive our order on time.
We waited over 40 minutes longer for our 8 sandwiches, which were average at best.
Needless to say, we will no longer be patrons of ANY Primo Hoagie going forward.
