Free parking lot in front of store, the tables were clean and plenty os indoor and outdoor seating. Our cashier was Israel and they were really patient with us and helpful with our questions, even gave us a sample of the purple rice to help us decide if that was what we wanted. The food was good and a decent proportion!

First time eating here. I just finished my “box”. I got the Carolina with baked salmon. It was absolutely delicious! I’m glad I decided to go inside because it wasn’t on the online menu! I will definitely be back to try other combinations.

Twice have I came and they disappointed me. The last time I came I ordered the fries as a to go order, got all the way home and there was no meat on my Bolgoki fries. I had to come back and get another order. Today I stopped in ordered on the kiosk, awaiting my order and I noticed people coming in after me getting their food. I walked up and my order was just sitting ready. The man working greeted me and saw that I was there waiting but when I asked him why didn’t he call me he said he didn’t know that I was there. Frustrating to say the least. I will say I enjoy the food, I think the people are nice but should be more attentive. Especially since I’ve had this happen within 2 months of each other and a regular. I recommend the place, just be mindful to check your food and watch for your to go order

I purchased the Malibu poke box, with salmon and Kimchi fried rice. It was delicious and refreshing! The ingredients were fresh, healthy and a geat real food option for lunch. It tasted like an elaborate dance of flavors and textures. The rice was warm and the toppings cold for a good and interesting contrast. The salmon was fresh, moist and flavorful. It had large slices of fresh ginger and large chunks of Kimchi cabbage. It was topped with a refreshing sauce and had large slices of avocado. I throughly enjoyed this dish and can’t wait to try other dishes on their menu.

I ordered food online from them on Jan 18, the order was completely wrong. I called the next morning because they were closed by the time it got delivered and the manager said to come in he will fix it. He explained internet was down so they couldn’t see the order but NO ONE called to see what I actually ordered they just sent what they thought i ordered. After going in with the original wrong order in hand, pictures and the online receipt they STILL shorted me the extra meat I paid for. At this point I am so frustrated and over it. I spend a good amount of money for two meals and they just seem to not get it right at this location. I also asked if two of the items can be put in a separate container so it won’t be soggy by the time we got home and what they do….put it on top of the food.

I tried Bul Box for the first time yesterday while in Garner and it was great! We ordered online which was easy and so simple to walk through the website and customizations of making your own. I received a text when my food was ready to be picked up and was able to grab it and go from the to-go station. I don’t normally eat at a restaurant like this because I am extremely picky but this food was PHENOMENAL. I am sad there isn’t one closer to work or my house!! The food tasted great, was fresh, put together nicely as well. 10/10 recommend you try this place!

My first Bul Box experience, but definitely will not be my last! I customized mine with poke salmon atop combo of white & purple rice, edamame, roasted veggies, corn, green beans & curry potatoes topped with sesame seeds & crunchy onions. Super yummy & fresh. Highly recommend!
