I like this location, I have memories coming here in the 90’s! But it’s often a problem. Window is way off, often 3-5x longer than the estimate. I have had my drink taken by somebody else multiple times, and drinks are usually good, but sometimes not made as well as other locations.

The service at Starbucks was great as always, but I was really disappointed when I got my drink. It looked nothing like what I was expecting. I mean I order this all the time, and I know how it’s supposed to look and taste. But when they handed it to me, it came out looking like this… not at all up to par. I’m usually such a fan of their drinks, but come on, Starbucks —what happened here? I paid for a well-made drink, not something that looks like it’s half done.

They force you to buy something to get water, and 90% of the cup is ice. The lady said it’s a new policy to charge people for water. Like what!

You have to be their customer to be able to use their bathroom there. This corporation has truly perfected the art of being heartless. Need to use the bathroom? Sorry—you’re not worthy unless you hand over your money first. Apparently, human needs don’t matter unless they can turn a profit. Their message is loud and clear: if you’re not spending, you’re not even human. Staff enforce this nonsense like soulless gatekeepers, as if letting a non-customer pee will bring down the whole empire. What’s next—charging people to breathe inside? It’s corporate greed wrapped in fake professionalism, and they couldn’t care less about public wellbeing unless there’s a dollar sign attached. If there is another coffee shop, I will never step foot in there

The Starbucks inside Pavilions and the standalone store in the Peninsula Shopping Center were both out of gift cards three days after Christmas. But this store still had a bunch, yay! No envelopes though, boo.
I wanted to use my reloadable card on my phone app to pay for a physical gift card, but the machine wouldn’t accept that form of payment here. Double boo. Not sure if that’s the case for all Starbucks or only at this location?

Small study space, unfortunately I don’t think I’ll come back. The air fan that turns on when the door opens and shuts is so cold and strong all the tables are in line and is very distracting.

I was discriminated to speaking Spanish. They didn’t want to sell me a coffee because they said I was speaking too angrily and they don’t have to put up with people who speak badly. That happened to me yesterday, December 6th, around 2:30 pm. No Starbucks had ever refused to let me buy a coffee. When I asked for the manager they told me you can not speak with him because he is only speak English. It was a discrimination, I said it doesn’t matter I can speak English, my English is enough to speak with him, they told me he wont speak with you. Was a horrible experience at Starbucks. Unfortunately this happens very often in California people in fast food restaurants are extremely sensitive, I have to be very kind with them like if they are paying my coffee.
In California Latin people discriminate Latin people because speaking Spanish.

Love this location! It can get busy, but I’ve never had a problem with my order. The food is always good, service is pretty quick, and the place is clean. Not too much seating inside, but plenty outside.
