This place definitely lives up to the hype-these tacos and especially that queso are so good! When we were offered the queso, we thought it would just be the meh queso you get other places. We licked the bowl clean. I’m a queso convert now! We tried the green chile queso, the Matador taco from the secret menu and the Ronin taco. All yummy. This was our first time and we will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed our food and drinks here. The cheese dip is probably the best I’ve ever had in my life I’d like to personally thank and shake the hand of the human that prepared the set up and everything. The whole place had roasted onion with peppers smoke throughout the entire place which was pleasant. This is the grilled chicken bowl It had quite big portions enough to take home.

We love Torchy’s tacos! I had the airstream salad for the first time and it was fantastic! The queso was fresh and hot. The chips were crispy. The drinks were good! We liked trying the new horchata. Very nice service today and friendly staff, but normally we feel like this location is short-staffed and has a hard time keeping up with table cleanup, replenishing supplies, serving food, etc.

So it was my first time trying Torchy’s tacos. I ordered the outlaw bowl and it was quite disappointing although the flavor was good. Everything was room temperature and the rice was crunchy and not soft like I was expecting. The tortilla strips were also chewy. The sauces were good though. If I order in the future I may order early in the morning so that the ingredients might possibly be fresher.

This was our first experience with Torchys tacos. The manager Chris was great and he showcased all there sauces, queso and guacamole. We can’t wait to go back!

Jennifer took my order and she was more than helpful and had such a great attitude! Definitely 10/10 recommend to other tacos lovers! Always clean inside and pretty quick time with getting food out. 🙂

First time going here and last. Spent $33 on two of the smallest quesadillas, a burrito, and a bowl. Mind you this bowl is $10 and I only removed sour cream and avocado ……wth is this? Overpriced food for no reason

We went tonight and it was phenomenal. We have eaten here many times and actually intended to go to a competitor tonight because it was closer and on our way home. We were treated rudely before we even ordered at the competitor so we let the manager know why we left and went to Torchy’s in a bad mood (our mood would soon change).
Our experience at Torchy’s was a completely different experience! Caleb was working the counter and helped us as we were using the kiosk. He made sure we knew a menu was on the counter if we needed to see descriptions easier and he also answered several other questions. He even gave my son a piece of candy: He was friendly and helpful.
Ethan brought our food to the table and was very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. He even checked on us again later. Again, a super friendly employee.
Another employee stopped by while we were eating to make sure all was well. He, too, was incredibly friendly. I later leaned that he was the hospitality manager, EJ. I did ask to speak to the manager to share what a pleasant experience we had there and how we had been treated at their competitor and that’s when I met EJ. I asked for the names of the other employees that had interacted with us so I could write a review to share my positive experience.
It was so refreshing to see this type of customer service. The food was fresh and delicious too. We left there in such a good mood and it definitely confirms to us that next time we won’t consider the other option and will just come here.
