Highlight of this place is definitely the indoor seating area for me. It’s got a retro feel that not very many places have anymore! (PLEASE don’t change it, they already removed the retro light-up rotating logo and it made me so sad 🙁 )
This is definitely a more expensive place to eat, however the quality is much higher than the McDonald’s that sits across the street from it. Staff are nice/neutral. The fries are so damn good and I always get a shake of some kind. I also really appreciate the dairy-free options!

I would give 5 stars due to the quality of the food, the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the place, but the price for one burger and a shake was a full $20. I’ve always understood why this place has been more expensive than your other chains of fast food here in the PNW, but the world has gone crazy to cost as much as it does, and I believe it’s a scheme orchestrated much closer to the top than the closest Burgerville to Clark College.

Stopped on a trip from Portland to Seattle. Location is slightly off the highway, but had very fast service. The food was ready right after we paid!
Gluten free buns are available for those avoiding gluten, and the burgers are delicious! Our family also enjoyed the milk shakes and fries.
Restaurant was clean, inside and out. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Loved our visit!

I have always had good experiences at this Burgerville, they are generally able to provide fast and quality service. I recently had an order where I got the wrong burger…mistakes happen and it wasn’t the end of the world for me, but I sent in a message once I got home and they were able to remedy the simple mistake right away. I was impressed by the quick response and willingness to make it right as quickly as possible.

Our family all love going to Burgerville! The one close to Clark College is our family’s favorite. Cowboy sliders are just perfect size and cost plus I appreciate that soda water is offered. And the earning points for free food plus the Burgerville free offers (like a free 12 oz milkshake) are very welcome in today’s world of a harder economy.

Honestly I don’t think enough of us appreciate what burgerville tries to do, and how good we have it (like so many aspects of society). Some of these menu items make zero sense to me at a fast food restaurant but they are so much more inspired and delicious and quality than the competition. Today I had the breakfast biscuit which is relatively bland compared to the other spicy breakfast items, but so incredibly delicious. Those red onions and face Rock cheddar oh my God. Sure sometimes the order get screwed up or whatever, and the point of sale system is still bonkers, but this is like another world of quality compared to looking across the street at McDonald’s (in Vancouver) full parking lot and realizing that too many people have a really low standards for food and just eat crap because it’s cheap.

The Best Coast Crispy Chicken sandwich very good and the garlic herb aioli was delicious. The Walla Walla onion rings were crispy and well seasoned with whatever was in the batter. I was just expecting maybe a couple more onion rings with the “large basket”, but I guess all you get is a slightly larger drink.

I got the veggie burger with extra onions, it was delicious! The fries were hot and fresh!
Takes a little bit longer to get your food, which should be expected at a place like this. So no complaints.

Not as good since my last visit.
The 4 pc Halibut seems much smaller than usual. And they forgot to put my tartar sauce in the bag.
But their fries were delicious. The raspberry shake was good. But all this for just under $28 not worth the price.

When I first moved to Vancouver I was excited to try burgerville. I’ve only ever heard people rant and rave about it but when I tried it, it was sorely disappointing. Mind you this was 15 years ago and I haven’t been back If I can help it. The fries used to taste like butter. I have gone when they have the strawberry shortcake dessert which is why we went today but we actually got food and it was actually pretty good. It’s still beyond expensive. You can go to a sit-down restaurant for less money. But the fries taste like french fries and my burger was made correctly (The very first time I tried it years ago they remade my burger five different times, no joke and it was wrong every single time I gave up) I love the neon lights and the look of the store. If it weren’t so expensive I would definitely be back more.
